Was very disappointed with the Tres Leches cake. It was as dry as sawdust and tasted more like a basic sponge cake with great frosting. It was decorated while I waited so I am not sure why it was so dry with no hint of the expectated flavor. Unfortunate because I was hoping to make Roesers my go to bakery. That said, I would like to try some of their yummy looking cakes and pastries.

Theres a lot of unique flavors here like tres leches, horchata, ferrero, purple velvet, etc. I may be bias because Im not the biggest fan of cake/cupcakes. My friends really enjoy their cakes and I do like what I ordered which was the tres leches but not sure if itll be something I crave constantly. But like I said, I could be bias because Im not big on cakes/cupcakes.

I cannot express how much we love Roser’s bakery! Always a delight coming in and seeing all the wonderful history Rosers has had over the years. Thank you John for always lending a hand when needed. As an owner, I always find great leaders to learn from. Thank you!

Lines here are extremely long and it can get confusing. If you are planning to have deep conversation forget about that. Dinning area is extremely loud. Dessert and potatoes ball are amazing.

The strawberry tarts are always a must! Ive been coming here ever since I was 3 and its always been the same amazing flavour everytime. love the amazing staff :)

I ordered a Deadpool cake, Daniel tiger cake, a Punisher, and several different cakes over the past 15 years and I am always impressed by the creativity and the presentation of each cake. I traveled from Dekalb, IL every birthday for my kids to order a cake. Also, before I even purchase a cake, I always contact John Via email to get an estimate and an idea if the cake can be made. Hes very responsive to my emails. I will show pictures later..Heres the pictures.. I just purchased a LOL cake for my daughters 4th birthday.. All I can say, is Wow! It was so beautiful.. I’ve come here a few times for cakes and every year it’s slightly disappointing but this year takes the cake! I sent a request for a quote 9/22 details and picture included, a few days after that I received an automatic email response saying they received it and will contact me soon. Fast forward to 10/13 I had to call the store to see what was happening and if I could get a quote so I can pay. I was told someone would contact me later that day, to no surprise I wasn’t called later that day. I called the store for the second time and was told the exact same thing and that someone “will look for my email now”. Here we are one day before my sons birthday and two days before I needed the cake. How unprofessional has this location really become?? I started my motherhood journey with these cakes (baby shower) so I’m highly disappointed and won’t be returning.
