I love this place! I discovered Raw at a Farmers Market in New Buffalo in 2013. I was thrilled to learn that they had two locations in Chicago. One at The French Market and the other location on Huron. Even though Im no longer raw vegan or vegan, my body craves the nutrition and goodness this food provides. The desserts are hands down the best tasting, lemon square, slice of heaven (there is a reason for this name), pumpkin slice, or tiramisu, the kale chips and granola and my go to snacks, and the kitchen sink cookie is filling and will be my daily breakfast this week... Except for today. Today is birthday acai bowl breakfast

One thing I learned in this world the most important thing we can do no matter the environment up or down in life the biggest variable we can control is our health!!! Go see my friend Polly she will take care of you they all do an outstanding job. I have been going to RAW since I moved out to Chicago. Great food, love their espresso. The family that owns and runs this place is top notch.

Best quick service raw vegan food in chicago. Just park your car, pop in, then grab and go! Or stay for a few minutes, enjoy your meal and get a fresh made smoothie made while you wait. Sooooo freakin delicious!! All of it!

Best vegan food in Chicago!

The food is delicious, sometimes. Sometimes its not fresh at all. Old veggies, frozen salads. Definitely overpriced. They advertise their food as healthy but dont mention organic so Im not sure how healthy it really is. My other problem is the packaging. So much plastic! I mentioned this in several comments on their Instagram page but it has always been deleted. Today I suggested other alternatives like recycled paper based packaging but I think I did too much. I have been blocked and cant see their page anymore. It is not only about us but also what happens when we are done eating and this raw vegan lifestyle doesnt go together with heavy plastic packaging very well. Unless it is only about making money and not caring too much about going healthy all the way for us as well as our planet.

Awesome raw vegan takeout/fast casual restaurant. This is a gem in Chicago if you want fresh wholesome food. They have an amazing array of salads, smoothies, raw veggie burgers, different juices and desserts. While a bit on the pricier side (expect $10/item). The quality, freshness and variety of food make it well worth it!

Ok, taste and texture could be better

Somewhat pricey and they dont seem to use environmentally funky packaging.But they do have the nicest espresso Ive tasted in Chicago! Seriously, this is no small thing. Massively delicious. Hence the five stars.Food is pretty decent too.
