Low quality housing project offered at a high premium. This is not investment grade housing. I can only recommend that would be purchasers check out the condition of houses which are 2-3 years old.

Ugly place with a bad security and women who only abuse the goodness of foreigners who pay their life. The houses are from very bad quality, after some years the houses look as if they were 50 years old.

We visit here often and community is peaceful and secure. Friendly guards and neighbors. There is a shuttle to pick passengers from time to time, 15-20 minutes interval in the mornings. Waste segregation is NEEDED for the garbage collector to pick up your trash and they visit every week. Downside is the small road. Its hard to park a car in the townhouses.

The location is great, the view to all the surroundings including mountains is phenomenal. The houses are OK, but the water supplying is terrible, actually, because the next months (year?) the construction work needs the whole water, that it is lacking in the houses, where the residents are living. Actually we have only water in the early morning (until 6 am) and at night and on Sundays. Additionally the Butuan Problem of frequent electric burnout.

Guards are unhelpful. You need to walk all the way to the gate for public transport. Guards wont flag down tricycles for you even if you call the guard house. They just sit there opening and closing the gate and they are a waste of homeowner funds. Water is scarce in the area.

Nice place, wide area but so pricy and not accessible to public transport, minimum fair is 8php, bisag double ride na imo sulti, dili daw,, bisag 50php na dili ghapon, ilang gusto ky 100php imong plete,, mangwartahay napod ang mga public driver sa butuan.. Sa una ky dili man,, hahay mka lagot

Camella the company is useless in any standard. Their product is over priced and the quality is poor. They use cheap fittings and their after sales service is disgraceful. They are a big corporation in the Philippines and care only about the next sale not about the end user. The pool in the complex has been promised for 2 years and new buyers are told its starting in 3 months which is a lie and thats who Camella are... liars. I live here and do not recommend them at all due to their bad attitude, especially to foreigners.
