A very relaxing place to stay. Nature adds life to this resort. And location is very good because it is at the heart of the city. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I would really love to go back here.

I do still love it despite the restrictions brought on due to covid. An oasis in the midst of the city of Butuan. You think you are by the sea as you sit by the pool. A la carte food is still great though the breakfasts are very average, (no buffet because of covid). The rooms are good, though when we stayed there was no room cleaning, again due to daft pandemic no doubt.Please do still support this super hotel & its staff at this time by taking advantage of their special offers. Some well appointed new rooms just opened.

Really loved my stay here because their buffet supported my diet needs. I had Boiled Kamote for breakfast and Grilled Corn for dinner. Their beef, chicken, and fish dishes were very good. We attended a convention and the staff were really great and accommodating. The pool was very inviting. The only cons for staying at this hotel is that their airconditioning units cant keep their spacious rooms cold. Also, the dirty lagoon can attract mosquitos. Over-all stay was great. I think Id always go for this hotels buffet.

Great facilities, spacious rooms, cozy atmosphere, and an awesome pool!I wasnt checked in at this resort but my friends were (I was booked at Almont City Hotel). Dropped by while they were there and was impressed with the place. I like that even though the property was right by the roadside, the main facilities were a bit further in, away from the noise of the highway. Just a quick walk from the gate and one is immediately greeted with aromatic smells from their restaurant, followed by a lovely view of the large pool area. The rooms are behind the pool and have a garden view with a quaint lagoon. The room my friends stayed in was very spacious and cozy, with a bathroom the size of a small bedroom. Unfortunately, I wasnt able to take photos of the pool because there were a lot of guests enjoying an afternoon of swimming and water activities. I didnt want to disturb them, so I took outdoor shots of the rooms and lagoon area instead. I would definitely want to stay here for a relaxing staycation next time Im in Butuan.

The Ambiance is Good and the room is Very Comfortable to stay at

I didnt stay in this hotel but I was able to see whats inside because of my colleagues. The security personnels and the staffs welcomed me with a smile. This place is good for family/friends gathering, person who wants to unwind or just simply wants get wet in the pool.

A beautifu l Resort in Butuan. I was only there for 1 night but the staff were so polite and helpful, the food was Amazing, the views were beautiful, and the room was very clean and nice. Very very pleased with this resort and I WILL be back very soon. Thank you for the great time!

My friend had their wedding reception here so we decided to also booked here. Such a good place to stay. I think the price for their room is pretty reasonable. It spacious, clean and Its very quite. They also have a buffet and they serve good food. And the staff are also friendly and very accommodating.

This hotel is value for money. Easy check in and we had welcome drinks for 4 pax.They know what is Customer service. Staffs are accomodating. Food was very tasty. Buffet breakfast is good. Peaceful place. Walking distance from shopping malls,and they had shuttle bus to airport.No dental kit for standard room. I highly recommend for travelers.

One of the better resort hotels in the town proper. They have buffet, good enough food. I was there for several training sessions and the function rooms are neat, orderly with good facilities including projector, sound system. Big swimming pool with slide kids will enjoy. People in front desk and rest are warm and accommodating. I like this place.

Very nice place. There are a lot of mosquitoes, especially in the standard rooms, but you can ask to have your room sprayed. The deluxe room was better since there were no gaps in the window panes for mosquitoes to get in. The staff and the grounds are well worth it!

A four hectare haven, warm quarters in a laid-back hotel with bar & 2 dining options and outdoor pool. My flight from Butuan to Cebu was cancelled and PAL accomodated me here for FREE to wait for the next flight on the following day. The overnight stay experience was enjoyable & memorable.

When I first saw this resort in social media, I feel excited but hoping that pictures are really true or not a heavy editing but when I was there for 4 days, I was amaze of this hotel from staffs, services, rooms, facilities and other are good.What I like most of this resort is the staff which is really accommodating and make you feel at home.The services is also excellent from pool, to hotel services and a lot more.If I have a chance to come back, I would love to be there again at Almont Inland Resort.

Visited the Philippines a couple months ago and by far the worst place we’ve stayed at.. firstly, it would be a disgrace to call it a “resort” with a dirty lagoon aka their feeding ground for mosquitos, old rooms looking like they were made from the 90s, talk about the molds and rust in their washroom tiles, washroom glass, and a tiny little AC for a big room of 3 beds... such a disgrace of what this hotel’s standards are.. and don’t forget a broken lamp left in our room for display (check pictures) coming all the way from canada, I was so uncomfortable sleeping as you can even see in one of the pictures, we had to request a fan because the AC couldn’t cool down our room..Was a big mistake not to look at the reviews because when we checked in, these people told us our room is under renovation that’s why it was the way it was.. but checking recently, they have said the same thing to different customers almost 5-6 years ago with no change in the room...Just a shame for the filipino standard..

First time to attend a conference in a hall with comfortable temperature. Most of the time halls have too cold temp settings.

Get the rooms nearest to the pools. Theyre big enough and cozy enough for a decent sized family.They have one of the best restaurants of higher class hotels in the city with a service to beat.Celebrities choose Almont for its security, service and strategic location at the heart of the city.

Not many selections in Butuan but this was a nice choice. The room we were in was a bit dated but I gave them an extra star because the staff was great. Western countries could learn a thing or two about hospitality from SEA countries.

Super courteous staff, from the front desk to the maintenance. We were billeted for a two-day convention.. Food was okay, except for the pork adobo (more fat than lean meat), which was served at dinner on the first day and at lunch on the second day.

Very friendly staff. Try to take care of all your requests. Rooms are spacious. A comfortable chair in the room would help but maybe the room is designed only for a place to sleep. Food is fine. My third stay at the hotel and no major complaint. Best place to stay in Butuan.

Its huge. Good pool. Room is a bit smelly, though. Water from the faucet has bad taste and odor... Bottled water allocation is 1 bottle 350ml per day. They also provide 1 sachet of 3in1 coffee, shampoo and soap. Saving grace is the breakfast buffet. Different breakfast was served daily. Aircon, its already 18 degrees and yet, its still a bit hot. Staff, okay lang. Some are accomodating and some are not. They have game room (billiards). For Butuan, i still think its still one of the best...

Stayed in the deluxe, breakfast was ok, service was great. The rooms where average and unfortunately it was raining so we had a few mosquito problems. Overall it was pretty good.

If not for the pleasant staff, this establishment will not receive any star. The flies in the dining hall is disgusting. The room is old and dirty. It’s dark and the ac is not very cold. You have to call constantly for toilet paper, soap , towels, etc. The bathroom is missing the hair dryer. I will not recommend this place. It was not a very comfortable stay.

To start with when we arrived we were told that we couldnt have the room we booked and paid for as the web site had made a mistake. We had booked a superior room with a queen size bed and were given a standard room with a double bed and a single. Even though we had the booking on our phone clearly stating what we had booked the reception refused to honour it and blamed the site. If we had not already paid we would have left but in the end had to settle for the room they gave us which was situated right at the back of the resort in a section undergoing renovation because the rooms were too old. It was so far from the main building they provided a golf cart as transport however we had to walk there with our cases and the porter. The only advantage was that it was so far away that not many rooms were booked so it was quiet. The room was OK, it was in need of renovation but it was a good size and was clean, there were no coffee facilities provided although a mini bar was there in a small fridge. The air conditioning worked well but the bed linen was very thin and there was no hot water in the bathroom. We decided to dine in the resort and the meal was OK but as per usual everything was bought to the table at the same time even though an entree was ordered from the menu, it actually came after the main course and the walk back to the room helped with the digestion. Sleep that night was OK, not wonderful and breakfast was OK too with fresh fried eggs available and coffee.

When it comes of comfort Almont Inland Resort will not let you down.Resort in the middle of the city.Had hot and cold shower, and very spacious room. Easy check-in with welcome drinks, friendly stuff and had a good choice of buffet breakfast with tender care from thier stuff. Food was very good.. i love thier Pork binagoongan..I had a pleasant stay from December 29-31 and surely coming back again. I highly recomend this resort...

For trainings, conferences or forums that require a large number of people, Almont Inland Resort is the place to be. Its proximity to shopping centers and restaurant is excellent plus the convenience of commuting.

I only got here for the convention I participated in. I wasnt able to see the rooms but the venue of the convention hall is huge and nice. The sorrounding area was picture perfect too. There staff were polite and kind too. I love its comfort room. The food was okay but most of their side dishes were very sweet.
