Very accommodating ang mga staff, bsan ang guard abtik kau. Ang food ky lami pud ug limpyo ilang rooms.

Rooms are inconsistent. Some are fine, while some needs improvement - such as hot shower, ant infestation, etc...

We have a great time staying with them. Just a piece of advice:1. Please be observant of your room condition especially the air conditioning unit. Some tends to produce considerable noise that will cause annoyance to some;2. Room divisions are made out of wood wall and may be of issue if your neighbor is noisy. Our 1st room was adjacent to the kitchen, there was a time were we are awaken by the sound of fruit blending (the fifth (5th) element of the avatar, hahahahaha);3. Some rooms have little to none available socket for your electronic devices. If youre lucky enough, an available electrical socket will be with the socket used for television and cable connection. If youre unlucky, you may need to unplug first your television and cable connection to charge some of your gadget;4. This is not really an issue but I just want to mention, bathroom tissue are not replace with a new one upon room assignment. We dont asked for a new one, so I cant say if they will replace it if you requested;5. Legroom in the side of the beds are too narrow. There will be a time where you and your buddy on the next bed have to be physical with your knees. Hahahahaha6. The television are not ergonomically placed. Some will be too high which can cause neck issues or head issue;7. Foods were good, and they serve a decent amount of it. Condiment are not readily available on the table but upon request in the dining counter. At our stay, the bangus was not available, unfortunate to our Muslim acquaintance; and2. The staff were nice and accommodating. Requesting for a new room is not a problem. The only hassle you may encounter is the availability of rooms upon request. Our room transfer was settle the following morning upon request for the hotel was full at that moment.Over-all, I will recommend this place, just follow and check what room you prefer.Happy stay in Butuan City and in Region 13.

Simple - yet comfortable rooms, superb food and excellent service from its friendly staff. Owners are hands-on giving it a homey feeling during your stay.

Restaurant area is having excellent food. A bit expensive. The hotel rooms have only plywood partition.. voices from other rooms are hearable whwn somebody talk.

For solo traveller, u can save money for using dorm type,with CR TV aircon. Clean room

Delicious and mouth-watery foods especially their steak, burger and volcanic taccos. Smiling and approachable staff.

The room only has one outlet with 3 sockets, which already has the tv and this other thing plugged on it, which is about 7feet high, so you got only one free socket, and the WiFi is pretty slow, another thing is the bathroom door doesnt lock, but other than that the service is great.
