A little crowded fastfood chain. Its time to have another branch

Good food but sometimes on the DRIVE THRU counter, some order specially if youre order so many foods, hard to check inside the vehicle (you know why) and you go drive away and arriving home to your dismay, boooom, some of your order are no good or lacking some.

Exactly what you expect in a McDonalds food

Not the best, gets crowded and noisy but they always know how to give back to their customers.. thanks mcdonalds

Very unique vibe specially youth and family friendly. Chicken ala king is very tasty and they joined the call in abolishing single use plastic drinking straws.

They serve the best fries in all pastfood here in Butuan

They have one filthy wet toilet in the first floor and its intended for PWD. It would be unsafe for the disabled or even the seniors to use this toilet as its dangerously slippery and unsanitary. I understand there were normal toilets in the second floor that were in better condition than this one. The place was really busy which might be the reason why this branch is so dirty. I guess their crew couldnt catch up with cleaning up. Avoid this McDo branch and go for cleaner ones located nearby.

Good food esp. Hot cakes and brewed coffee. Good corner sight at Montilla Boulevard.

Foods are okay.. But the services of some staff are poor specially the boy named Clint who served us but failed to show costumer service. He must not display a frown face to a costumer while serving.

This is open 24 hours. It is strategically located at the heart of Butuan City. This is a nice place to stay anytime of the day.

It was fine, I understand others reviews but we are talking about fast food and McDonalds here. When I went there, the restaurant was clean, the staff friendly, and the food was standard Mickey Ds.

It is a good place to eat but some employee are not good at their work. Sometimes you need to follow up your order because they forgot it.
