Affordable hotel and good staff. Comes with free breakfast too. Located near to almost everything in Butuan City.

I love their spicy fried ribs and other food... But as you enter the place (near gaisano), it smells bad... Smells like Cockroaches or an old place! I hope theyll do something about it. Actually, two of my companions told me in different occasions and they dont want to be there. :( Too bad it is accessible.

Very affordable and delicious.

Clean rooms, but, many maintenance issues. We had problems with air conditioning, water temperature and water pressure. No response to our complaints. On the plus side, they have a restaurant and across the street from a large discount mall. Less than a block from a main street running through Butuan.

Motel/Restaurant. Convenient and next door to a mall with grocery shopping, movie theater, drug stores, food court and fast food chains.

They have budget meals and meals for a group of 5. Food is delicious and freshly cooked. Wish they would have more soup choices, they only have one at present.
