I had such a great experience at Lace! Everything was perfect from the moment I stepped in the door! They helped me find my dream dress when I wasn’t even sure what I wanted! They encouraged me to try on many different styles and helped me stay within my budget! They definitely have may different styles and price ranges to offer for everyone! Mrs.Laura helped me with scheduling fittings with one of their recommended seamstresses, steaming my dress free of charge, and even helping me get my dress preserved after the wedding! She truly helped me from start to finish! She helped me remain calm and got my dress delivered early despite COVID-19! My husband also got their tuxes through Lace and Mr.Tommy was such a great help!

I had a great experience at Lace finding my perfect wedding dress. The staff was kind and attentive, and gave me plenty of options to try on. I ended up picking the first dress I tried on, which I think speaks to their attention to what I wanted and eye for what would be flattering. They also helped my mom, sister, and grandmothers find dresses that made them feel beautiful for my wedding, and they did so with great patience. I highly recommend Lace for your wedding dress and other attire!

Please do not have any of your groomsman fitted at Lace Bridal. Much stress was added to our wedding experience due to the incompetency of the owner and staff.Approximately 80% of our pants and coats were measured and ordered too small.

Was not pleased with the outcome of any of our dresses. Almost all of our dresses were messed up or fitted wrong. It was so stressful ordering our dresses and groomsmen suits from them. We got to the point to where we were actually surprised if something worked out... we had to lower our expectation with the staff because we were made promises that were never kept. My dress was altered so many times that my last fitting was actually the day before the wedding. Would not recommend going here.

We had a tuxedo disaster. They did not fit and were late. We had to pick some up the day of the wedding. We had a better experience at Mens Warehouse and Tuxedo junction for my buddies weddings.

I went in to shop for wedding dresses about a month ago. When talking to them I initially about what kind of dress I wanted, I wanted to communicate to them that there were a couple of things that I knew I didn’t want in a dress- which were strapless or too poofy. The owner quickly cut me off and said “well we don’t really need to know what you *don’t* like because we can alter the dresses.” It was at that moment I knew I didn’t really want to buy a dress there because of how quickly my feelings and wants about the most important dress I’ll ever wear were dismissed. They proceed to pull almost all strapless, poofy dresses for me. They almost acted annoyed every time I didn’t like a dress. It’s like they were just trying to sell a dress and didn’t really care what I wanted. We also made sure they knew we were very firm on our budget, which was $3000 or under. They pulled a dress for me that I liked, but as I was about to put it on the lady said “yeah your mom is gonna have a stroke about the price of this one” so I asked “well how much is it?” And she said $5000. I told her I didn’t even want to try it on then since it was out of our budget that they knew about. I can’t even imagine what a terrible situation she was about to put me in where I could have loved that dress but couldn’t get it because of the price. The appointment was a complete waste of time, and I ended up finding my dress elsewhere.

Wonderful experience I highly recommend Lace. They have a great selection and everyone was so helpful after trying on several dresses I found the perfect one.

I went with my daughters (for my youngest so we’ve been through the wedding process a few times). I found the staff to be very negative. They kept telling her she “couldn’t” do that or that she didn’t understand wedding gowns/ how they are constructed. She did not want strapless (as she is larger chested) the attendant kept bringing her gowns without straps. The staff member was around my age, I assumed it would be someone younger and relatable to my daughter. We had my eldest daughter’s little girl with us- she made a comment asking if the baby was “the brides” when we told her no she said “thank goodness we don’t like babies before the wedding” and laughed. It was strange to say the least. Compared to my familys experience at other stores, I cannot say I would recommend this establishment.

Horrible customer service - does not listen to customer request in styling. Become very rude and pushy when customers are not liking their selections.
