Went here today with my daughter for her to try on wedding dresses. Amy helped us and was awesome! First time in there and she asked a few questions to get a feel for what my daughter wanted and then showed her dresses that were exactly right! In fact, it was hard to choose a favorite, but we did!Highly recommend!

I had the privilege of looking for a wedding dress with a worker named Alisson. After going to other bridal shops, I was beyond impressed with her sweet and helpful personality. She made me feel important and beautiful. She was eager and willing to help at any and all requests that I made or my bridesmaids suggested. I wish I could give 20 stars to this shop. Last night I had the one thing happen every bride is terrified of happening to them. My mom came over to make sure my wedding look was ready for my wedding this Sunday now 5 days away. I got the dress on but it wouldn’t zip; instant tears and panic. Being a bride is a lot of stress and it took its toll on me in the form of inches and pounds since picking up my altered to me wedding dress 3 months ago. This morning I woke up booked a Hollywood wrap and made an appointment for Floras bridal because they were near home and I was running out of time. I showed up an hour early for my appointment with my 11 year old son (I was too embarrassed to ask my bridal party to go with me) and Amy instantly made me feel at ease about my whole situation. She went to work instantly and we filled the dressing room. Within 45 minutes this miracle worker “aka” Amy had me down to 2 dresses that fit perfectly and were in my budget. My son picked the gown that he liked the best and Amy made sure it was in my budget. I wish I would’ve made this my first stop because my original dress I bought was a nightmare of a day with a shop that didn’t seem to care. Even if I do lose the excess weight before Sunday I’m still wearing the dress from Floras. Thank you thank you Amy for helping me today. It’s the first day I’ve felt calm about the wedding and it’s because of you!

(Edited 11/5/19) Im so glad I found this shop. I still have a ways away from my wedding, but wanted to get a headstart and find something in advance. Id never tried on a wedding dress before, and didnt really know how to go about it. And I didnt want to be one of those who goes through a dozen shops before finding something. These girls made sure I found something I loved, and I did! I wasnt very good at describing what I wanted, but nonetheless, they picked a perfect piece. They were easy to talk to about anything, and were patient while I struggled to voice what I was looking for.I went on a Sunday with a friend when no one else was there, it was so nice having their undivided attention. They made it a fun and easy experience. I gave them a budget, and they stuck to it. I was still uneasy about the cost, but they told me not to worry, because they offer layaway! At that moment I was sold, I placed the order and made a payment that day. I also managed to find my jewelry there!I mentioned that I lived a little ways away and might not find time to physically come in to make my payments, and they took it a step further and told me I could mail in my payments. I was especially happy to find out it was a smaller business, and not a huge corporation. It felt more up close and personal. I cant brag on them enough. These ladies are wonderful at their job and have earned their reviews!! Thank you!!

I just realized I never submitted a review on here! How silly of me! What can I say, the owners Amy and Lexi go ABOVE AND BEYOND! I have probably been the most back and forth bride to step into Floras (I suffer with really bad anxiety), Ive said yes to the dress probably 6 times. But not once have they ever made me feel bad! They worked with me every time Ive stepped foot into Floras! They make you feel comfortable and wonderful! Like youre the only bride in the world! I recommend them to every bride out there! I drive over an hour to go and see them! and I wouldnt change a thing!Thank you both! From the bottom of my heart!

I walked into Floras without an appointment because my curiosity got the best of me. Even though I wasnt on the books, they were SO nice to me and they truly made me feel beautiful. They gave me one on one attention and listened to my desires. I found my dream dress once they took one look at my body and knew what would look good on it. Unfortunately I could not afford it and I had to leave, but thats on me -- not them!!! Their customer service was unbelievable. I went to Davids Bridal yesterday and was treated like garbage and felt hideous and huge the whole time. Needless to say I STILL dont have my dress and Im very discouraged. But, if youre in the Brandon/Tampa area you HAVE to check out Floras. You will feel like the bride you are meant to be. Just wish I could afford my dream dress

Amy is a gem! I booked my appointment here to come shopping and needed to reschedule. When I went by I was able to do that easily and Amy offered to have me try on a few dresses to have a better game plan for the day I come with my family. I’m looking forward to my appointment and will update my review after :)

The staff at Floras Bridal was amazing!! I came in with no idea of what I wanted, with a low budget and with a wedding on November (yes now i know that is little time lol) but i got to work with ALLISON who saved my life she is INCREDIBLE. I cant believe the FIRST dress i tried on was the ONE, is like ALLISON knew what i would look beautifull in. All the staff was very nice to my family and me, they made my experience UNFORGETTABLE!! I had heard about Floras from a friend who loved her experience with them. Initially, I really didnt know anything about wedding dress shopping and was thinking maybe I can walk in and just browse through the dresses, however I decided to give them a call that morning before I headed to Brandon and was informed that they work with appointments only. Part of their staff was away at a Bridal Show which limited their availability, however they were able to work with me and my schedule to get me in! The girls are so sweet and fun to spend time with! Alisson walked me through the process, asked questions about my style preferences and helped me pick dresses to try on. I had a great time trying on beautiful dresses, and with each dress Alisson helped to show me the vision of how my altered dress will look and offer her advice on which dresses looked most flattering. She even let me try dresses multiple times which im so grateful for because I ended up saying YES TO THE DRESS and crying happy tears!! Alisson gave me a big hug and handed me a box of tissues, which she later traded out for a bouquet and made me cry more! My experience at Floras has been wonderful not just because of the awesome service and beautiful dresses, but also the conversations and time spent with the girls. You leave there feeling special, which is something every bride-to-be should feel!!

I absolutely love this place and i cant even say how happy i am that I bought my wedding dress here.! As soon as I walked in I felt this positive vibe. Amazing customer service. It wasnt crowded so you can actually take your time to try on the dressses. I loved that they had a variety of beautiful dresses and excellent prices. I do recommend everybody to visit this store.

I loved this shop! Valerie helped me try on several dresses and she was so patient with me even when I was being a pain. She explained where she got her dresses and what I could expect from them. She clearly has been in this business for a while and it is obvious that loves what she does. This store has a great selection of bridal gowns in all styles, price ranges, and sizes. I was really surprised at the number of options she had for me. While I did not end up buying my dress there (although I did put one on hold and it was a very close runner up - and I still think about it and look at the pictures of it sometimes - it was beautiful), I recommend that anyone looking for a wedding dress goes and checks out The Cinderella Shoppe. I will definitely be back to look at bridesmaid dresses soon!

After reading some reviews back in February I was a little skeptical about going here... I ended up gong in looking around and the owner was very helpful and friendly... I ended up making an appointment for dress fittings and let me tell you this lady was amazing!!!!!! Internet went down and we couldnt pull up any of the choices I liked. The bathrooms were down because a pipe near by had broke.. Then there was a boat load of teenagers coming in to get homecoming dresses.. We ended up starting from scratch and I found the perfect dress for me and my bridesmaids... If you dont want to spend a arm and a leg for a dress I would totally recommend this shop!!!!!! They are AWSOME!!!!!! Thank you Cinderella shop!!! I cant wait for my special day!!!

Its a very cute shop with great prices and a good selection of dresses. The Taylor they sent me to was Carmens in Brandon owned by a very sweet lady but super busy and honestly didnt do at all what I had needed done. I ended up going back several times because Id leave with her saying yeah it looks great but then Id get home and try my dress on again and realized it wasnt at all what I had paid 300$ for on top of the cost of the dress. So I would find another place to get your alterations done. The customer service is decent I have to say the owner and another sales associate both almost bad me in tears at one point of my buying experience. No bride to be should be made to feel like she is a hassle and that is exactly what they did. Then when I went back to get my dress cleaned and steamed it was like I was a total stranger. I understand they are probably busy, I myself help 50-100 people a day I may not know a repeat guest by name but I recognized they had been there before. Not to mention two days later when I stopped in to pick up my dress she still asked what she could help me with. I just found it completely rude or maybe she just isnt as personable as most in customer service are.

For a company that relies on public, in order to have a store open to the public, they certainly have less than average customer service skills.

We got in there without appointment and before 2 weeks of the wedding day They really are Godmothers! My daughter find her dress of her dreams and all the accesories plus the flower girl dress, everything in discount, off of the racket and in less than two hours.
