Just an honest feedback, store nees to improve the pest control management because not once or twice I experience house flies while dining in. And the aircondition is poor on the inner area. All else is ok.

Just wanted to say that your Southwoods mall branch has the lousiest service ever, from the time we entered to the time we left, your service crew needs a lot of improvement. Date: Sep 30, 20181. No one bothered to welcome or seat us upon entry to ur store.2. Most of items on the menu were unavailable like cream of chicken soup, crab salad and lemon cucumber juice.3. We specified warm water and the waitress arrived with glasses full of ice4. It takes a while to call them for assistance5. We were not informed that the store is cash basis only.6. We did not feel we were anybody special, para ka lang kumakain sa krinderya. What a sloppy service. You don’t deserve the service charge u charged us.
