I like there drink of the day the last time that I went there. I went back yesterday and I enjoyed my time working while drinking my Iced Americano.

Friendly service and the usual nice tasting coffee

I think the baristas and employees are all awesome and friendly. Its kept clean and they enforce clean as you go and health protocols during this pandemic (COVID19).That said, just sharing my experience. I bought 2 drinks and a slice of cake to go. When I was claiming my order, I was surprised that the cashier punched-in 3 drinks. I asked to have the other voided.The manager declined to void the other drink since it was entered in the app. I decided to just leave the drink with the barista as I was disappointed with the customer service.Ive always had great customer service from Starbucks. This is a huge letdown and I just wanted to post this so others would know.

The store was nice and the workers are very friendly. The workers are well-trained in handling things such as the Starbucks card digitally.

There has never been a time that i came here and got nice baristas. They are all snotty and has issues with active listening. Given the time, i will go all the way to Sta. Rosa just to get my coffee fix. Worst starbucks of all.

A typical, if more spacious and laid back StarBucks branch. Ideal for relaxed weekend caffeine cravings. The view outside its glass wall facing the open air is very scenic, offering a relaxing and recharging atmosphere. One of the better branches, actually.

Table choices not for work type. There were more sofa lounges and bar type tables with high charis. No good wifi available. Walls were glass - NO BLINDS. morning stay was uncomfortable. Drinks and food selection are good as always.

The place is neat and tidy. Service is great too. Nice place to meet friends.

The usual Starbucks place but their baristas lacked charisma. Maybe they were still too young. Not friendly enough. I asked permission to take pictures for my blog and they could not decide. How can I promote their place if they dont allow me to take pictures :( Their loss not mine

Best Place Best Location

This Starbucks coffee branch has same taste but different service which is very poor and disappointing very much. the guy who was preparing our drink but talking with the others assuming can do multi tasking bit failed. Let customer wait and put a milk on a ice americano?! without saying sorry then serve us? such a RUDE AND STUPID STAFF they have. wont go back 100% sure

I love to hang here. The store is clean, quick service one thing Ive notice though, they dont have much outlets for charging.

Safest coffee shop unless you want to try something new. More than the coffee and frappe, i generally like the warm staff.

I requested for my drink to have less sugar a little late but the barista decided to just mixed anew just so to give in to my request.

Great place to spend time for coffee. Kudos for Friendly and accomodating employees. Just be more enthusiastic to gain lively environment. ;)

Great place to meet with my clients and have some beverages, they are a bit separated to the mall so I guess you can stay with your friends for a longer period of time if you want.

A medium sized store. I go here almost once a week and the shop is always packed with people, anyway the crowd isnt like those stores in manila where it is close to public with customers who are always shouting at each other, here you could work or study in peace or just chill and relax. Baristas are good, and I could say they have good palate bc yep I have a favorite drink but I always ask baristas what they like personally and I would order them and well, the baristas in this store never failed me.

Starbucks southwoods is one of the coffeeshops that is not over crowded... huge store and the staffs are very accomodating and friendly... the comfort rooms are clean and neat.
