This is the best place to stay in Batanes. Very accommodating staff.Clean rooms and top notch service.Only con for me is the cellular coverage, if youre traveling for business and pleasure you might want to consider since the wifi they provide is pretty much slow. But if youre going to stay for pure pleasure 10/10 would book again!

Incredible and beautiful location for relaxing. The hosts are very welcoming they want to make you feel like home! Close to the beach perfect swimming pool... We love everything about residencia specially the interior design perfect! thanks for the wonderful days spent at hotel see you next time.

Staff is great. Food was pretty good as well. The whole facility is done pretty well and kept clean. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Batanes.

I don’t understand why this hotel is rated 3.5. The place is perfect! Very warm and courteous staff. All of our requests were granted. Exactly what we needed for a vacation/retreat. Batanes was perfect and our chosen accommodation was a contributor to that! One thing to note, the place where the hotel is doesnt have mobile network signal because of the mountains surrounding the place but the hotel has wifi to compensate for the lack of coverage. I am unable to add photos to this review for some reason, but the place really was amazing.

Arguably the best hotel in Basco. You get almost 5 stars service for the price of 3 stars. Stay here whenever you are in Batanes.

Place is really nice. Our room was very modern and clean. The staff are very hospitable.As for the restaurant, theres still room for improvement for the service (thyre still on soft opening, though). But food was good!Would definitely book here again when we visit Batanes back.

New property. Great and friendly staff. Definitely would be back and will recommend it to family and friends. The free airport pick up/drop off is also a plus.

The place is clean, cozy and elegant. There’s a pool and restaurant so it is a very convenient place to stay.

First time in Batanes and in this hotel, rooms are spacious and clean. The downside of it is that we stayed for 4 nights and we discovered on the 3rd night that they only make up the room and not changing the sheets or duvet cover if u don’t request for it. We have stains left the night before because of the chocolates we ate, that’s why we know that they don’t change the sheets.Until now they are still in their soft opening operation, they need improvement in their restaurant. One morning we went down 15mins before the suppose closing of the breakfast time, and upon entering the place they have told us that there’s no more food for us ( 4 pax ) it seems like that we are begging for our food from the way they responds to us. That’s not how you treat your customer. Restaurant needs improvement on how much time you have to wait to be served, food presentation too. Internet is too slow either, on/off when you are inside your room. We are 4 in a suite room, but they only give you 1 key, I don’t get it lol....... they have to fix all the small details in everything. I hope they will read this reviews and help them improve more in their service.For the price that you charge to your rooms, i think you have to improve more in some part of your service. Esp the breakfast foods and coffee too.I hope this will be of great help for your improvement.

THE BEST in Batanes! Even better than most hotels in other provinces! We were given complimentary airport pickups and breakfast (we got surprised and appreciated it so much!). Bikes can be used for free. Will take you to town via tricy-kubos upon request. Staff always greet and smile at you and wish you have fun on your tour for the day. The wifi is not reliable though (think it is either because of the location or the satellite provider). Rooms are amazing, classy, and fully equipped. Love their good-quality toiletries as if they have thought everything youd need during your stay (not the typical shampoo and soap combo)! Theres a great-looking pool in the center which serves a great alternative view for those who cant see the ocean from their rooms. Breakfast is wonderful, hearty and filling! Everything else on the menu sounds tasty, but unfortunately havent tried yet. Hotel looks grand from the inside as it is from the outside. Should really branch out in other provinces. :) Oh and they are just beside the #1 restaurant (at the moment) in Batanes! XD

My trip needed to be cancelled and refunded due to the Covid-19 crisis as the Philippines is in lock down without travel. Ive been calling Expedia for over a week to speak a customer service representative and have been unsuccessful. I would hope I can have my trip refunded but am unable to speak to anyone from Expedia.
