Awesome hot pot! Wasn’t too hungry going in but ended up eating so much. The broth, meat, seafood is all great. Service is by far one of the best. Very family friendly. My lil son also hasn’t eaten this much in weeks! Highly recommended!!
Very disappointed on the service. Price is so high for the little they give U. And service to be bad. Second time I come here in 3 months. Last time the same . Girlfriend said let’s try again now that open better but this one and Puente Hill SUCK. Insiste Beautiful but everything else needs help. Will continue to go to Rowland Hts. Really good one there
Close to $50 for two lunch combos. Unlike Little Sheep, they charge $1 per person simply to gain access to the dipping sauces - cant think of any other shabu shabu that does such a silly thing. Meats and vegetables are ok, nothing better or worse than the handful of shabu shabu places in the area. Sliced thin, so dont expect a ton of meat for the lunch special. Vegetables and sides fill you up instead. Worst was the white rice - hard, undercooked, even with hot broth added myself to try and soften it up. Cant even make such a simple thing right?? Poor rice, pricey vs other shabu shabu restaurants knock it down two stars for me, especially since its nothing memorable.
Cleanliness and friendlinessHaidilao is the place to go for hot pot. Very reasonable price for high quality ingredients and attentive service. My benchmark is Seattle/Bellevue where even the nicest hot pot places can land you $60-80 per person with mediocre service.Relaxed and laid back environment, enjoyed a delightful meal for 3 on Cyber Monday. No reservations made and no wait! Ftw. Bill for the 3 of us and were stuffed btw was only $111! I think the value here was that we ordered the Australian lamb combo and the Kobe beef combo, both which come with veggies (where other places wouldve charged separately)Dancing noodle guy was okay. Noodle was tasty but I had in mind more noodle making and less dancing. Not sure why since the menu called it dancing noodle. Overall it was great experience and I can hardly wait Haidilao to come to Seattle!!
Really good hotpot. Fresh and tasty ingredients. As spicy as you want. Pro Tip: park on the northwest side of the mall.
Love the food and the service... we will come back for sure!!!!
Had to request meat replacement, quality too much fatty and the service not so great like it use to be. Overall ok place to eat. Meat quality inconsistent especially the cuts
