單人房很乾淨，服務人員親切，住宿進出需要磁卡很安全，附贈早餐很優質，下面是超市無敵方便，雖然有一點吵，但還是住宿很優質

房間整潔，付免費早餐，靠近步行街，服務員態度良好。旅館規定如有攜伴一定會檢查其證件如果沒有證件不能進來。

I stayed three nights in this hotel , generally all good , room excellent clean , quiet , serious security attitude and friendly staffs .With this price point including breakfast provided , I would happy to stay here once again .

I have always liked this hotel. Its so affordable and its in front of Sm clark. Location wise, its pretty good. There is also a grocery shop and an atm machine in the ground floor. Everything is already within the area. With comfort, I really love the rooms. For their price, the rooms are big and clean. The bathrooms are big as well with nice showers. The breakfast being served is not a buffet but I just love eating at the top of their building. Whenever I go to Angeles, I always go to this hotel.

I had a great experience. Staff is very accommodating. 2 complimentary breakfast everyday. Room is very nice. Elevator is kinda small. It will be challenging for a group of guests especially with the Covid-19 situation.

コスパ最高、TVも新しく 画質綺麗。日本の番組も6番組見れる。朝食は、ベーコンを試して欲しい。柔らかく肉厚で美味しい。

セキュリティも良く、ホテル下のフロアは24時間営業のスーパーマーケットがありとても便利。またジプニーターミナルも目の前であり移動も容易。メインゲートバスターミナルまで徒歩５分程でクラーク空港行きジプニーに乗れます。ウォーキングストリートは少し歩きますが10分程度の距離。ホテルの食事は周辺のレストランに比べて格段に美味しい。

只想说一点，就是早餐，不是自助，而是按照人头份给的套餐，量非常少！多加一点东西都要额外付费。天台吸烟区每次都有服务员要询问是否喝东西。

なかなか良い朝飯がただなのは良い。しかも屋上で食べる。良い気分だ。ただ、タパがない。　部屋は絶対にデラックスがいい。大きさとか、内容がスタンダードに比べ断然違う。フロントレディの態度も違う。いずれにしても、どこに行くにも便利な場所でかつ安い。私の定宿である。

The room was nice & clean. Good selection of cable channels,fast wifi, and good view of Fields on the roof top. The big fridge is a plus.The only reason I reserved this suite room is because it had a bathtub. The bathtub isnt made for foreigners. Im only 58 and couldnt stretch out in the bathtub. Had to bend my knees while taking a bath.The front desk forgot to give me a early morning wakeup call. Fortunately I used my cellphone alarm as backup to wake me up for my early morning flight.The free breakfast is more like a snack with 1 egg,bacon, and coffee or juice. Not much of a view of the suite room. Looking out the window you can see the cracked wall of the Genesis Hotel next door.The bed is very squeaky. The P3500 airport fee to Manila Airport is a ripoff. There are other hotels in the area that only charge P2700 for the same service. Also, this hotel no longer offers free Clark Airport pickup/dropoffs. There are cheaper hotels in the area with bigger bathtubs so I cant recommend this hotel.

朝食が選択出来、メニューも豊富で良かった。スタッフも笑顔で応対して頂き良かった。シャワーの水圧が弱いためお湯の出が悪かった。

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very pleasing to the eye. Relatively clean. Room cleaning and supplies for the room was provided. The 1st morning I went to get breakfast only to find out that they do not serve any meat other than pork. So I did not get the full benefit of my free breakfast. Why cant there be turkey or chicken breakfast meat for non pork eating guests? The restaurant next door had chicken patties in their breakfast menu.I had an ant problem daily in the bathroom and kitchen. I had some fruit in a bag one day next to my tv. I left for part of the day, came back and found the bag infested with ants. If the room is treated adequately for pesticides that should not happen. Except for the ant problem, the room was very modern looking. I liked the body wash and shampoo dispensers in the shower. Water was hot as needed. Ample towels for 2 guests. Big comforatble King bed. Lighting was nice. Nice flat screen tv. I was able to hookup my firestick so I could watch movies. The atmosphere was quiet outside of my room. I did not hear any street noise. I think the security cameras helped provide ample security. Also nobody is allowed to your room unescorted by you, unless the reception desk has been advised by you. ID is required for female guests visiting. Overall, I would return again. If no changes have been made to the breakfast menu, I will skip paying extra for breakfast. And hopefully next time no more ants

Happy... Few days hangout there

Everything was fine, I was not actually staying there, I used the room to hold interviews for a position here in Angeles City.. The amenities would have been better had my interviewee been more observant. She got the job, by the way.

I loved it Id definitely go back. but there was only 1 problem I found with this accommodation n that was, it is on the 3rd n 4th floor and basically I read the sign on the wall which said if there was an earthquake hide under something strong as you wont make it to the ground floor in time... other than that everything else was perfect. ground floor was a store cross the road u have phone shop and other stuff too and a 2min walk youd reach a few go go bars

Overall experience was good. The lady front officer has been very nice and been very helpful with us. She deserves a payrise. I wish the management will be able to find a better access to the hotel reception for the guests. The shop below the hotel is a good idea but not good to be used as the hotels entrance way to the reception. The only disappointing experience I had was with the gay security officer who was impolite, she needs a proper customer service training. But the hotel itself was awesome, will recommend to friends...

I stated in the last available room for a couple of nights.The room is a but small with no window but I knew this befire hand.The thing is the noise in the corridor it carrys every sound and magnifies it.First night it was the staff (unforgivable really) chatting away. It did stop when I called receptionThe next night a group of guys were just patying all night with music blaring (sort of understandable cosidering the locale)The standard answer to vomplaints at this hotel is you should book the more expensive roomNot good enough

I have stayed 3 times for 2 nights at a time.Each time there was no hot water,slow,patchy wifi connection and a lot of noise from the corridor. I went back for the location but never again.The standard answer for complaining about the noise is Sir if you book our more expensive rooms on the next floor there is no noiseSo not only do they insult you for booking a less expensive room it is obvious they are not doing anything about the noise BTW I was in a mid range roomon my last visit

I have stayed there twice now, in both the economy and standard room. If and when I visit again the standard room is the way to go.

Good location, but wont replace towel unless pay extra, hot shower is crapshoot: it works from time to time but randomly you will need to take cold shower.Wifi is slow and very choppy and tv cable randomly stops working for hours

Cheap accommodation in angeles.

On check in late on arrival i had towels missing in my room ,the waitress on the roof top breakfast area would forget my order of food ,the room cleaning always was a problem , no towels no toilet paper ,,, no brains .I ordered a bus ticket and paid for it BUT ,,,,, i was given the wrong information by two hours and could no get to my destination so i lost the room i had paid for at the other end , not happy and the staff though it was a big jock . would i stay there a gain i dont think so .

Location is ok..but noisy its above a 24hr convenience store

Their Airport pickup service is cheating,driver never come but when you reach hotel on your own,they ask you to pay hotel for taxi beacuse you booked.

Where do I start, the most noisiest Hotel Ive ever stayed in in my life the stuff where very noisy and disrespectful and each time the phone rang you can just hear it in your room they had the ringtone on a loudspeaker it was just unbelievable it was pathetic at all hours in the morning
