I was upset when flight got redirect to Clark. However after hearing my sons experience in another hotel, I became thankful. Blessing is my choice of hotel. for a packed meal, food was good. The staffs were very helpful and responsive. areas of improvement, garbage collection along the corridor should be consistent. i had a good rest and it helped me deal with my jetlag. delightful stay

Cosy room as in small but at least able to walk around beds easily and just about enough space to fully open up a medium size suitcase on the floor. Bathroom area enables you to move comfortably between toilet sink and shower room. If I had a gripe it the tea bags. Why one of each when you have 2 guest booked in the room who like the same tea bags. The hospitality tray is rather stingy in stock for an internationally recognised hotel that charge international rates? That said I would say the biggest asset the hotel has got is their staff members and would like to mention Carlos who checked us in on arrival.

Under quarantine, but so far I love this place. Fantastic food. Great room. Great location. Diffently plans to return.

Relaxing the tours are coming the hotel Edison the place and the location and the owner where the hotel is good and the service team is as good as owner the owner is servicing with extra service which has no fees mean at time he is giving free service for those where they have genuinely demand and not ordered in list at reception where the owner is giving extra service with many members the service team the manager and the reception team is as good as owner they have good guidance with kind service and the people are making reviews as they are providing

It was my birthday when we arrived in this hotel. I was surprised to be greeted, Happy Birthday by the manager, Ms. Becky and her staff. They gave me a red velvet cake with a candle on it. They gave me a free shuttle ride from the hotel to the bus station as my birthday gift. The staff in the hotel are so respectful, accommodating and seem to be so sincere in dealing with us. The unique thing with us is that we have a special need daughter and they all treat us with respect.The over all cleanliness and arrangement of the room is worthy of commendation. We stayed in Room 316 which they said was a junior suite. It was a beautiful room overlooking the area.If given a chance to recommend this hotel I would do it. We might come back again if given a chance.I would like to thank everyone who made our stay memorable and enjoyable.Thank you

It was fine for my short quarantine stay....but restricted to room only.

First, the location of the hotel was nice. It is very near to malls and supermarket. The staffs are kind and helpful. Room service is good enough. They always maintain cleanliness of every rooms. A nice hotel to stay.

The hotel is in a nice location, rooms are clean and fine for an overnight stay. The staff is very warm welcoming and helpful, always happy and smiles on the faces.The mall is walking distance from the hotel, and plenty of other restaurants and coffee shop around. If you wanna go other places just book Grab which is same as Uber and is the safest way.Recommended ️

Park Inn is very nice hotel to stay with even for a long period of time because of the ambiance, neat and clean feeling. I highly appreciated each staff accomodation, the front desk, chef and kitchens staff. Lastly, the housekeeping team. Theyre all gave their best just to make sure that their guest is comfortable :)

I have been traveling to Clark every other month for the past 7 months and every time I arrive the room attendants (Rusty, Ian, Mark), front desk, restaurant (Robi, Marge and everyone else - there are too many to name) and management always greet me by my name (I don’t know how they do it with how many guests they accommodate) and always with the warmest of smiles and authenticity. THANK YOU PARK INN FOR MAKING ME FEEL LIKE I HAVE A HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!

綺麗なホテルです。ウエルカムドリンクが美味しい。SM CLARKのすぐそばにありとても便利。ホテルの目の前にセブンイレブンがあります。空港送迎は片道一台500P。A business hotel with clean rooms. The welcome drink is delicious. It is right next to SM CLARK and very convenient for sightseeing. There is a 7-Eleven in front of the hotel. Airport transfer is 500P for one way.

シャワーのみでバスタブがない。3つ星はホテルとしての格付けとしての評価です。ロビーは広くないので大きな団体には不向きかと思いましたが、ホテルは清潔で、受付のスタッフはとても親切で好感が持てました。クラーク空港からも近く、渋滞も無いようです。こじんまりとした団体、家族連れ、FITに適していると思います。

I love the breakfast buffet ! My family & i always stay here whenever they are in angeles city during their annual visit from the states. . .such picky eaters all but no complaints with the food

I could not check in because the reservation was in my wifes name even though it was my credit card that was paid with so I had to wait until she arrived.the pool is very small too small when a Filipino family is there is no room for othersdo not let them wash your clothes badly expensiveThe only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the mall

The staff are friendly, food is great and ang happy lang ng ambiance ng place especially sa lobby with their different colored sofa. Love the room, clean and well-maintained.

All the staff especially the ones front the Front Desk and Housekeeping are very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are small but very neat and all the necessities are there.

Had a very comfortable stay here - found the room clean and spacious and the bed comfortable. All the staff were very courteous and helpful. The hotel is right across from a HUGE shopping centre which was super convenient.We used the conference space and the attention to detail and organisation of the staff to help us with this was excellent.

Staff are friendly. Mall and supermarket just across the street. Rooms are tiny though. Barely space to move. Bathroom too. Bed is comfortable but the blanket is very short and the portion thats over your feet is just sheet as the inner is even smaller. Towels have a terrible candy smell which can give sensitive guests a headache.

Room attendant John was very kind to even leave a message and complimenting my stay. it was a nice gesture. the stay was amazing! would love to be back again soon!

Been here for about two days now. So far I like the idea of how the hotel staff can express thoughful words by leaving a message for their guests. I am impressed by such small act and how it can affect my work as a Customer Support manager. Staff may be paid to do their job but going the extra mile (in such a little way) is surely a go! Considering the room price, ammenities, and amiable people of Park Inn Radisson Clark, this is so far the best hotel (all things being equal) where I stayed during my frequent business trips in Clark. I wish my company keeps booking rooms for me in this hotel for my future visits. By the way, wheres the pool? Its so inviting for some strokes and floats :)

Good customer service but their customer service over the internet needs more understanding about clients/guests. I booked 2 days, paid and got my email receipt/confirmation of my booking saying its 2 days. But when I reached in the hotel they said I paid only for 1 night. I said how come when I booked for 2 days. And its written on my confirmation email that its 2 nights to celebrate my birthday. At the end I was forced to pay for another night worth 9,000php for their mistake. no compensation happened even on their behalf for their mistake. I like the hotel and staffs but like the way they handle the situation is a BIG no!!!!

This place is always great. It might not have the total creature comforts of hotels that are 3 times more expensive, but it for sure has more than hotels at the same price. The ONLY part that sucks, and this has nothing to do with the hotel, is getting to the hotel is a nightmare because there is only ONE way into the mall parking lot and it is usually a massive line stretching down the parking lot and into the street. It takes a good 20 minutes or more waiting in line. The mall is building more buildings instead of adding more parking, so im sure it will get worse.

The hotel room is clean with modern type furniture. Staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers good enough option . It is also 5 minutes walk to the mall or other food area. I enjoyed my stay and would definately recommend for future stay

Conveniently located right behind SM City Clark where the Kapampangans converge. My twin bed is smaller than I expected but no less luxurious and fully equipped with basic amenities. Buffet bfast is one of the best I had at Hues, right at the ground floor. Wifi is fast & furious.- PWD Law- compliant!

This was our staycation spot for 2019 and we were more than happy with our stay. Staff was very nice and very accommodating (special mention to receptionist, Ms. Rhalvie for accommodating us). Valet parking is readily available if you have a vehicle with you and SM Clark is only a few steps away. Rooms were small but very cozy. We got a room with 2 single beds which were super comfortable. Ambience of the room was really nice and well decorsted. Room includes a safe, complimentary water, coffee and tea, along with water heater if you want to make yourself a cup. The bathroom is nice, too, and I really enjoyed the shower as the water falls directly on your head. The toilet also comes with a bidet which is a very nice feature. We were also given a complimentary massage (good for 1) which my mom absolutely loved. Theres a gym with all the necessary equipment and a pool (whuch really isnt that big but will do the job. For the buffet, there were plenty of options for the guests and food was really good. Definitely going to come back!

Photos on Hotels.com were a bit misleading which lead to the unsatisfactory impression of the property. Rooms are small. Price is way to high for what you get. ABC at the same price is a much better value with more lively atmosphere. The only good thing about the hotel is you can walk to the mall, but the value stops there. The pool is unimpressive.

Clean room and convenient place to go to the huge mall. The breakfast is also good!! Definitely I will visit there again.

Theres a lot of good things to say about this hotel. My room is always clean and bed made. Rooms are cleaned to spotless condition everyday. You gave me a positive attitude to come back here next weekend. The concierge recognize my driver each morning when I get picked up and all speak great English.

My family enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The hotel smells and looks good from the lobby to the hotel rooms. Leisure and recreational facilities are available such as gym and swimming pool. All the staff maintained a positive attitude and ensured we felt welcome during our stay. The price was competitive.

The place is so great and perfect for a place to stay while you go to different places in Clark. I will return if given the chance.
