Good food. Noisy service crew, unattentive crew specially the cashier. Konti lang yung tao sa loob ng resto pero umalis yung cashier after ng isang costumer, kawawa yung next na nakapila, tagal bago bumalik ng cashier kahit kitang kita nman na may nakapila tapos nandon lang sya sa malapit.

We waited for 30 minutes just to learn our order did not go through to their system. even knowing there is a problem with the system they did not even check if there are any pending orders, you should train your managers as well on how to politely accommodate customers inquiry or rants. very unsatisfied customer.

I was so devastated and felt deceived by your cashier and the name of the dish I ordered last night at your restaurant.When I asked the cashier about the type of meat served if I order MONGOLIAN BBQ, she said chicken po maam. To my surprise sahog lng pala yung chicken sa ginisang gulay na may BBQ sauce! The dish should be named sauteed veggies with bbq sauce not Mongolian BBQ and the cashier should elaborate things clearly!!! I was too hungry and expected to eat something heavy and new after a laborious day, but I ended up going out from your restaurant hungry,angry and regretful. I even asked for a refund politely because I was unsatisfied with the service and wished to eat somewhere else instead with the money I paid for it ,but as usual the costumer service that was given by the cashier is unsatisfactory (she didnt give even a partial refund since I tasted the dish instead, she asked me to file my complaint in your website). I wonder how will your restaurant continue for a long time with that kind of costumer service given and dishonest labeling. 145 pesos is a small amount of money, but for a simple and hungry person at that time, that situation was so unfair.Im a regular costumers of this restaurant since your cakes and lasagna are delicious and affordable, but with this situation, I dont see myself buying there or any braches that you have around Pampanga anymore. This is so traumatic for me that I couldnt even get myself not to make any reviews after letting this thing pass last night.

A lot of memories with Tollhouse during my school years - been working for almost a decade and still going back to enjoy their iconic Baked Macaroni!

We are a family of 6, we visited for lunch on a wednesday at 1130am. Parking is limited, they have a guard who is eager to assist you. Upon entry, the servers are on hand at once to assist diners. The tables are arranged in a way good for large families. They have clean restrooms separate for males and females at the back of dining area.There are varied items from the menu with choices from american to italian, mexican and filipino dishes, surely everyone in the family will find something he/she wants. The servings are just enough for one person especially the pasta. We ordered burger steak(whats remarkable is the gravy) tanigue with lemon butter, mac and cheese, lechon kawali(this is good), dinuguan with puto(this is too watery and clear like sinigang soup) and pancit guisado which is ordinary. Every entree came with a small serving of macaroni salad, I suggest that they ask the diner first before serving the macaroni salad so as to avoid wastage, like in our case only one in our group ate his serving. The food is good tasting but not that remarkable and with too simple plating, as far as we are concerned. The price is reasonable, on the side of being inexpensive. We were not able to sample the cakes because at the time of our visit, there were only small bars(apple and white chocolate) displayed in the patisserrie area. At the end of the meal, there was an extraordinarily long wait for the bill( we were wondering why because the place is only half full and the servers were efficiently looking after us during the meal, is it because of the sr citizen discount?) We paid 220pesos per person. With the reasonable price, okay taste of food, clean surroundings and nice service, we feel we will go back to eat here again.
