The food is delicious. The rooms are clean. The session room is comfortable enough for workshops and training. However, one can hear whats going on outside the room. And at night, we can hear the live bands and the what seems like people singing in the karaoke.

Upon check-in the security staff was fairly rude and condescending, at one point having two people flanking either side from the rear as I spoke to the front desk. They then proceeded to follow me through the lobby area, as well as giving dirty looks the entire time. Checked in for two days with plans to potentially extend, but will likely leave after the second day. First impressions, and all that.Between the three shower heads, only one is connected to heated water, but none work particularly well as they, presumably like the rest of the room, havent been cleaned particularly well (or finished), as evident by the accompanying photos. Though the low water pressure may also be playing a role. I even found a cigarette butt just resting on the windowsill (so a bit of caution to anyone with sensitivities to that type of thing).The woman at the front desk was polite and professional, however.

Rooms are clean and safe. Got to stay overnight because Im attending a seminar held on a university near the hotel. The front desk staff are polite and attentive.

The price of the rooms with refrigirator, aircon and TV is ok. (standardroom 1900 peso)rooms to the streetside are noisy.the food could be better, breakfast is very simple and not really yummy, except the coffee.Stuff is friendly and helpful.The best thing at this hotel is the large terrace with the bar.

Location was excellent and the front desk were very helpful in giving us directions to the mall and pharmacy when we needed them. Buffet breakfast (toast, cereals, sopas, tapa, fried rice, eggs done your way, etc.) was good, too. But the rooms (executive rooms) were outdated and in terrible need of a make-over. The a/c was dripping and annoying. The Italian restaurant downstairs took forever to prepare our dinner and served one dish at a time what felt like every 30 minutes! Also got our order wrong, but I did not ask for a replacement anymore as that would take another 30 minutes. Oh, they also lost one of our reservations through Agoda and it was only luck that we double-checked.

The service was poor. Slow serving time -our food took almost an hour. Doesnt taste good and small serving.Overall, not a place you would likely go to when youre hungry.

Ideal location! Walking distance from the historical center, cathedral, shopping centers & restaurants. The staff is helpful & friendly. I love the quaint characteristic of the lobby. The room & linen are clean, but there were mosquitoes where we stayed at. The water in the shower pools before slowly draining. I would recommend it for just a quick stay for its price and location.

POOR SERVICE and JUDGEMENTAL STAFF!! We ate at their restaurant and they certainly made sure that we would feel unwelcomed just because we dont dress sophisticated enough for their taste. Only gave us 1 menu to share and when i asked for another copy, they gave us their student meal menu which is their cheapest menu. They didnt even bother giving us water and plates. We honestly didnt do anything to be treated like that and yet the staff avoided serving us even tho the resto is almost empty. Worst meal weve ever had. Hope this one closes!!!

This is where I always took my breakfast. For only Php 198.00, you can eat-all-you can! Their ala- carte are so bomb! Must try: Bami Goreng and Nasi Goreng!

I attended a birthday celebration here. Food was great. Staff were awesome. The front desk greeted as when we enter. Very warm and friendly ambience.

Not a 5 Star Hotel, but its a nice place overall. Cozy enough, has hot water for showers, and an accomodating enough staff. The lobby looks really welcoming and the cafe deserves a checking out if youre nearby!

The price is OK but the bathroom leaks. The breakfast buffet table is not replenished w/ serving so if youre late, no choices anymore. Staff are accommodating and courteous.

It is our 2nd time here. The room is pretty nice for the price. The reception and staff are nice too. Their aircon is strong, youll have a mini refrigerator, table and chair, and the CR have heater and new shower heads. The complimentary breakfast is good with fried rice, egg, sausage, and tocino.

The rooms are good for couples but if you are a group of guys with only one big bed you have to ask for extra beds for you to sleep separately. Some rooms doesnt provide windows.
