Came here to get the a/c fixed on a 2015 hyundai tucson. Pretty painless process. They clearly communicated what the issue was and what it took to get it fixed. They were also very good at giving me updates and telling me how long it would take to have it fixed. It took a day because some parts had to be ordered. Overall I am very satisfied with their work. People there are friendly and easygoing. Ill be coming back for regular maintenance.

It was my first time there, and it the only place Ill go from now on. The staff was friendly and kind. The biggest impact for me was my 8 years old daughter was with me and they were very friendly and joking with her and offered her an ice pop. Little things like the way she was treated made all the difference. Q

Use to have a good service, but in the last 7/8 months they dont like make the tire rotation and something happened in my oil line. My car did not leak oil before the last change, now my driveway is a mess and they want charge me $160.00. Now my phone pop message with picture of previous oil change reporting possible oil leak.Easy way to make money.

Friendly staff, always available to help. They address the issue right away and offer suggestions or just fix the problem. They take care of you even if you stop in without an appointment. Definitely recommend them.

I’ve been using Meineke for several months. I’ve never had any trouble with their professionalism or their customer service! It’s always great to have people I can trust to get me in at my appointment time and get me on my way in a reasonable amount of time.

Everyone was helpful and friendly and did a good job with my car. It did take longer than they said and the wait was outside in the cold due to COVID-19.

I went in because my air conditioner wouldn’t cool down. Sweetest receptionist. Very quick. BUT..... they told me I had a leak in my compressor and quoted me for a $1000 Replacement package before they completed the test they said they would do. Then and I went to another place for a second quote and at the next place my air was fixed for $80 by doing an evak and recharge. Feel like the repair man at Meineke just wanted my money. Beware. Always get a second quote!

We called ahead and they were able to squeeze us in a last minute appointment a few hours from time of call. They arent fancy and the waiting room/ bathroom could use a womans touch but it wasnt filthy either. The employees listen to hard rock as they work but from the sound of goat noises in the shop they also know how to have some laughs lol.. Saw a diversity in client age and race and all were treated equally. Covid measures were in place masks and plastic gaurds. We got just a plain ol oil change and thats what we got. We were not pressured about other services or any other chit chat. My husband seemed pleased so as long as he is happy than so am I.

Got a new to me car. Paid for an oil change and diagnostic. I want a refund on the diagnostic. Only paid for it so they could tell me why my car wont pump gas reliably smoothly. They didnt even try to diagnose, checked the engine codes after the fact, said it was clear, and told me to go try another pump. Didnt check my windshield wiper nozzle. They arent working spraying. Didnt check the refrigerant in my AC system. Told me I need a new blower when it still works. Hangs up the phone when I call and ask for a manager. Really disappointed, but there are a lot of competitors nearby.

Travelling from Charlotte to Atlanta when suddenly had multiple warning lights. I got off the interstate and found this Meineke shop. They worked me into the shop quickly and spent a lot of time and effort reading the OBD codes and provided a thorough evaluation. Jeff (Store Manager) explained everything in great detail and easy to understand, then suggested I take the car to the dealership, as his team felt it was the best decision for the needs. I was surprised to hear them recommend somebody else. They could have kept the job for themselves, and collected a large payment, but chose to do what is right for the customer.Honesty and Professionalism at its BEST, here! These guys are the Real Deal!

They did a great job and finished my car on time. The place isnt anything fancy, but it doesnt need to be! I thought it was great that they put paper down over my floor mats to prevent any dirt or oil from damaging my car. They also inspected my brake pads and told me I didnt need them changed yet- I very much respect their honesty! I would go to Meineke again!

Customer service was very professional and they handled my situation with care. They informed me of other issues I was facing and offered their best advice as to how to correct and or fix those issues. I would recommend them to everyone.

The issue was diagnosed as a cracked radiator. I asked for a quote and I received a quote and I told them we needed to do some research as it was a $500 repair. I received a call from Meineke that afternoon asking if we wanted it repaired. My husband told them to hold off we were still figuring out what to do. We did not pick up the car that evening. The next morning our mechanic friend called and said he would do the repair for parts cost about $200. He sent a wrecker and Meineke said they had completed the repairs the previous day. This was totally unacceptable and the owner had me pay $295 before releasing the car to me. The car broke down about 10 miles later. We are taking it to our mechanic for evaluation.

The oil change was excellent and always is, the online appointment service allowed me to schedule an appointment at a time the location was closed, this is not the fault of the location or staff. I have always had excellent service from this Meineke, but this corporate issue needs to be corrected.

I go in for a oil change and to get two of my back tires replaced. Cody decided he wants to change my front tires even though my two back tires are the ones leaking air. So after all that I still left with my tires leaking. Dash lights still on. Awful service. Awful. You gotta get your stuff together man. Not worth the stress. Cant wait to talk to someone in power in your buisness

Very knowledgeable! My car has alot of miles on it so I didnt want to spend a heap of money on it, so just took it in to get my freon filled, checked for leaks. They are certified and know what they are doing ! I highly recommend Meineke in Anderson SC!!!

I spent over 700 dollars on repairs they said I needed. They did not fix the problem. Was told have to make an appt. To look at repairs they did. They missed the most obvious solution to the problem stated by the mechanic i had to take it to, to get it fix properly.

The service offered by this center is AMAZING..... Kim (customer service representative) makes every customer feel welcomed and appreciated as they wait for their vehicle to be serviced!! I found the pricing to be fair and the mechanics to keep you informed as they worked.

Did a very thorough inspection on my old truck for me. Even though I decided against some of the work due to lack of funds and some I can do on my own. I still got a very detailed report and pictures of recommended work. Didn’t do one thing extra till I gave the okay.

I was very happy with the work performed on my truck. I went in with it making a loud noise and the pin pointed what the cause was and fixed it. This Meineke shop is honest ! As a woman, I am often apprehensive about car repair businesses. Some try to take advantage assuming the woman wont catch on. I have a good friend that has been a top mechanic in North Carolina for over 30 years. My car failed in South Carolina though, and I was fortunate to discover this Meineke location. I ran everything past my friend and he informed me that Meinekes diagnosis and recommendations were 100% accurate. Thank you, Anderson Meineke! You have earned my repeat loyalty. I highly recommend this business.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Took my car in because it was over heating and after 7-8 hours they told me my radiator was busted and it would cost almost $1,000 to repair. I told them that didn’t sound right and that I was going to take it somewhere else and the owner tried to buy my car off me. Which I thought was weird but THEN... I took it to another garage and they said that my car was fine and all it needed was a new water hose... no wonder he wanted to buy my car, it was perfectly fine... TERRIBLE SERVICE

It was very unorganized when I called to make my appointment. I ended up talking to two different guys before all my information was received and an appointment time was given. When I arrived for my appointment, no one even acknowledged I walked in until 5 minutes later. Then I waited over an hr before my vehicle was touched then they pulled it in the shop and waited another 10-15 minutes before someone started working on it. I had to pay before my car was completed because it was so late. Just very unprofessional and unorganized. Apparently it doesnt matter if u have an appointment or not

I was pleased with the service but, the person working the counter was new. He didnt know how to use the computer to write up the estimated quotes. It just made the process longer. I feel that in time the process will, once he becomes familiar with the system. I was satisfied with them working on my car but it just took longer than I expected.

The manager of the store, Jeff, and the lead shop mechanic, Josh, were outstanding. If your looking for quality work and some guys that will **FIX** your car not just patch it up for you, bring your car here. It’s a little pricy but you get what you pay for so I highly recommend bringing your car to see Jeff and Josh.

Staff was VERY friendly however, seemed to be a little either disorganized or overwhelmed. Fair price seemed to be quality work (replaced entire AC system, complete rear brakes) . I would take my vehicles there again.

I came to Meineke to fix the air condition, they couldn´t fix it. They charged me 116$ though. Why ? if I got no fix why they charged me ???

I have been going to Meineke now for a little over a year and a half for my oil changes and I love them. They are nice and they dont take forever and they offer great deals. This past time I went to get my oil changed on Thursday, July 16,2020. They said I needed a serpentine belt and printed out cost for the belt and labor. $122.28. They werent able to send pics to my phone like they did in the past about my brakes but the guy that was servicing my car this time just showed me the part that he said needed to be replaced. I wasnt exactly sure as to what I was looking at so I told them I would come back another day for that because I was going to work. Well, me knowing how important a serpentine belt is in a car, I called my mechanic and he told me to purchase the belt and he would put it on Friday, July 17,2020. I purchased the belt myself which was $20 less than the price Meineke was charging me for the belt and supposedly theirs was the cheaper price they had quoted me. They quoted me $43.05 for the belt. I paid $26.99 for one with 3 year warranty at advance auto. Im confused why Meinekes low quality part cost more than my part that came with a warranty from Advanced Auto. Anyway. I took my car to my mechanic yesterday and he told me that I didnt need a belt at all and said that my car is a 2015, then it really should need a belt and considering it was a owner car before I purchased it and the previous owner kept record of what few repairs he had done on a car. I was so thankful my car didnt need that belt and that I took it to my mechanic before entrusting the oil change people with it and been lost out of $122.28. Im giving them one more chance for my next oil change because I like them despite this one incident but I think the guy that changed my oil needs a little more training before he is put on the floor and turned completely a loose on his own. Thats all saying. Also, its always best to get a 2nd opinion too.

The air conditioning stopped working in my vehicle. It was late afternoon, close to closing. The whole staff was very, extremely nice. For taking the time to look at the vehicle and get my A/C working. On short notice at the end of the day. The whole crew there is the beat. Highly recommended.A+++++++++

The lady that checked me in was awesome. The oil change was done very quickly, so I didn’t have to wait around for long. The rest of the staff seemed a bit distracted, like they were understaffed and trying to do several things at once. They were very polite and professional but i didn’t feel the personal service I was expecting. Just a little constructive criticism. All in all, they did a good job and I will be back.

WOW!!!This Business just got a Life Time Customer!!Not only were they the only place in town I could find who could change the oil in my BMW But they also changed my headlights for me. Even though I had ordered the headlights I needed from Amazon. I just happen to have them in my car carrier and ask them while I was there.Plus even the owner came out and talked to me about my car assuring me they were going to check it from top to bottom so that I would be ready for my 1,300 mile journey coming up soon.They Were AWESOME!!!

The office staff was great but the mechanic was rude and unprofessional, the job was not complete and had to return to be fixed, and the side of the truck has scratches in the new paint.

I was out of town leaving to go back home and my tire was low and my oil wasn’t touching stick and i had 3 hours drive back home. Waiting area was dirty. Bathroom was dirty with no running water. It appeared that the owner or manger noticed these issues while I was there and was trying to fix them. My car would not start after they changed the oil. When I let the mechanic made aware of the issue he did jump start it. He said the lights would not turn off during the oil change and he had to jump start it then. There was no mention of this issue when I was paying. I am not very confident about driving my car right now due to this issue. I did not have this problem before bringing it in for a standard oil change.

Be careful dont get fraud by this car care center. My adviser was Jeff Peterson and Technician was Jason Pearce, they replaced my original headlight with old used headlight that I noticed after a while. I wouldnt recommend going to this car care center.

I was having issues with my thermostat and the staff has been absolutely amazing. They worked with me every step of the process an answered all of my questions while letting me know what happened. They were completely patient with me even while they stayed late to ensure I had a way home because I commute from Greenville to Anderson for work. I highly recommend these guys!!
