Julian Richards did an amazing job on our bus tour keeping us safe and I really appreciated his knowledge of the cities we toured.Very professional.

Only one big problem. We took the shuttle from Anaheim to Universal Studios. We waited at one stop for over an hour for the people to arrive. Because of this, we missed out on an hour of time at our only day at Universal.This company needs to have a set policy that if the customer doesnt arrive within the pickup window, then the bus proceeds without them and the company can help them make other arrangements. We had several people leave the bus while waiting at that stop, we were extremely upset and frustrated.Aside from that, the bus was comfortable. They played some movies to watch during our trip. If it hadnt been for that delay I would be leaving a 5-star review, but that delay really added a lot of stress to our day right off the bat.

Stay far away from this company. they will screw you over, thats their signature. leave people waiting for buses and not pick up the phone.

A safe and secure ride, safety is top priority!

I had a ride to Las Vegas and back on 19 June.The bus was pretty average, without wifi. As the crew said that wasnt their normal bus because that one was in service.On my way back I was offered an uber ride to my hotel. On the phone they promised to give me a call as soon as the bus will make the first stop. I double confirmed if I had to call them when I get off the bus. No, we will call you. After 15 mins of waiting I ordered uber by myself, I got a call after about 25 mins I got off the bus.Also, it should be mentioned that there is a 20 mins stop between LA and Las Vegas. The place itself is awful and sometimes overcrowded (as it was on our way to LV). They ask everyone to leave a bus, but the tricky part is there is almost no space to sit inside/outside that place. You have to walk for 20 mins like a zombie surrounded by chinese junk and fake watches.Summing up, I doubt 120$ was a fair price for my trip. It didnt feel any different from other bus services for 20-50$
