Alles op zijn tijd is een van mijn levens mottos. Dat geldt ook voor deze dag. Ik heb voor het eerst Amsterdam met andere ogen bekeken, geloodst door de meest gekke, leuke, gezelligste kapitein meegemaakt die naast de standaard recording van de sightseeing, zijn eigen google versie van wat er op de grachten van Amsterdam afspeelt met zijn nieuwe vrienden deelde. Kapitein Jim, als rederij lovers je laat gaan zijn ze nog gekker. Wij hebben genoten van een leuke leerzame sightseeing. Veel dank dat je als persoon van wat voor ons als een moeizaam weekend in Amsterdam begon, iets leuks van heb gemaakt.

Die Fahrt hätte länger sein können, leider waren einige Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht mit drin, unter anderem das Anne Frank Haus, was sehr schade war, da wir dieses gerne vom Wasser aus gesehen hätten.

Ik heb genoten van iets meer dan een uur varen door de Amsterdamse grachten.

Die Kanalfahrt war soweit gut.Die Mitarbeiter sowohl am Verkauf als auch am Steeg, sowie der Kapitän waren sehr nett.Das Boot war heil und sauber.Die Führung bestand jedoch lediglich aus einem Audioguide (was für sich genommen auch erst mal nicht schlecht sein muss).Der Audioguide war zudem in diversen Sprachen erhältlich.Die Kopfhörer gab es original verpackt beim betreten des Bootes.Aber:Im Nachhinein muss ich sagen, dass diese Kanalfahrt ziemlich lieblos inszeniert war.Der Audioguide welcher in mehreren Sprachen verfügbar war, war zumindest in der deutschen Version eher eine 4, aber höchstens jedoch eine 3-Die Informationen waren äußerst spärlich und zudem häufig nicht zur richtigen Zeit abgespielt. Dafür wurden diese aber in 1/3 der Fälle dann wiederum doppelt abgespielt. Zumal die Fahrt durch teilweise sehr langsames fahren bzw. stehen, ohne ersichtlichen Grund, künstlich in die Länge gezogen worden ist.Ich will es nicht schlechter machen als es war.Der Kapitän hat das Boot butterweich durch die Kanäle gefahren und angelegt ohne dass es auch nur kurz geruckelt hat.Aber so richtig umgehauen hat mich das alles nicht.Das hab ich anderswo schon viel besser erlebt.Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist jedoch noch im Rahmen.*bearbeitet wegen Rechtschreibung

Die Grachtenfahrt ist für jeden Besucher von Amsterdam Pflicht! - Der Captain Jos macht einen echt guten Job und auch das weitere Personal ist nett und freundlich! Die Fahrt geht an den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Amsterdam vorbei! Auch das „Café“ am Anleger direkt am Hauptbahnhof ist einen Besuch wert - viele verschiedene Biere gibt es hier!

Die Abfahrtsstelle dieser Kanalfahrt liegt am Hauptbahnhof, was sehr praktisch ist. Sie kostet 14€ egal ob Tag oder Nachtfahrt. Lovers Canal Cruises ist ein großes Unternehmen wodurch die Boote alle 15-30 Minuten abfahren. Auf dem Boot erhält man Kopfhörer mit welchen man dem Audio Guide auf 19 verschiedenen Sprachen zuhören kann. Auch der Kapitän erklärt hin und wieder einmal an welchen Sehenswürdigkeiten wir vorbeifahren. Die Route an sich ist sehr gut gewählt und man erhält alle wichtigen Einblicke in Amsterdams Zentrum und Kanäle. Leider saßen wir genau an dem Platz an welchen man kein Fenster öffnen konnte. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert.

Great staff, clear instructions before boarding. Corona measures in place. Cruise lasts about an hour with free audio guide. Its such a joy to see Amsterdam from the water. I recommend going at night, its a whole different world!

Le Lovers Canal Cruises est une croisière assez sympathique, malhereusement pour nous il a plu. La croisière sure 1 heure, et elle est guidée par un audio disponible dans de nombreuses langue. Je recommande !

Nos gusto mucho la experiencia en esta compañía ya que tienen infinidad de barcos y el recorrido es bastante largo. El precio no estaba nada mal. Tienen el tour en varios idiomas. También tienen el recorrido nocturno que es muy recomendable. Se echa de menos un paquete de precios con ambos recorridos.

Good that they bring you around the canals, however its quite repetitive of the Amsterdam streets. There are a few interesting places of interests which you can see from the boat thats about it (which you can also access from the streets). Not a must go cruise for me.

Ich fand die Grachtenfahrt sehr schön und interessant! Über Kopfhörer bekommt man alles in seiner Sprache erklärt! Und hat dann auch noch Anregungen, was man sich noch eventuell anschauen möchte! Die Fahrt dauert eine Stunde und endet dort, wo man eingestiegen ist!

Eén van de vele Canal cruises. Maar blijft wel een beetje bij een dagje toeristisch Amsterdam horen. Een uur is wel lang genoeg om voldoende te zien van de grachten.

We had a nice hour cruise onboard one of this companys ships. We had troubles to find the dock (it is on the other side of the river compared to the sation) but it was a pleasant cruise.We were given a set of earphones you can use to listen to commentaries along the cruise, as you discover the city from the canals. Staff is sympathetic. We went by daylight, and though I am sure it must be beatiful by night, I think if you have to do only one cruise during your stay, you should do it in the day.

This cruise is ok, not the best I would say from what else I could have been on. They claim it’s the best, but I would question that. It’s ok if your with a family or large group of people. But I would recommend a more private tour if your looking from something more personal. It does take you around the main sites. Gets very busy so you will have rubbish seats if you’re not at the front of the que. It sets off from close the Amsterdam Centraal.

My mom and I joined the dinner cruise. It was fantastic! We highly recommend it. The food was quite tasty and the dusk cruise provided lovely views.

Good experience overall.. Clean colourful orange boat.. Highly recommend going early in the day as it was quite hot & LOTS of overbearing rude, pushy tourists..not Lovers fault.. we only went for the canal cruise..so no food or drinks were served. Nice opportunity to get pictures of this beautiful city.

Die Fahrt war sehr angenehm und es gab viel zu sehen, wenn es nicht an einem Stück geregnet hätte und die Scheiben sind extremst beschlagen. Natürlich gab es Fensterwischer um wieder klare Sicht zu verschaffen, haben aber leider nicht alle genutzt und so konnte man kaum was erkennen. Dir Kopfhörer für die Audioführung waren im Preis inklusive. Sauber, tolles und freundliches Personal, darum auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne! Für das Wetter kann ja niemand etwas!

Een mooie tocht door Amsterdam. Die diverse toeristische attracties aandoet. Amsterdam is mooi vanaf het water. Het zijn alleen een beetje veel rondvaartboten. Er stond op een gegeven moment zelf een file. Opstappen is al mooi het varen is nog leuker. De rondvaart is in 19 talen. Je krijgt een oortje in zodat je altijd er iets van volgt. Dit moet je eens doen. Dit was iets wat ik eens wilde. En nu heb ik het gedaan. Een topdag.

El crucero sale como muchos otros al lado de la Estación Central de Ámsterdam. Cuesta unos 19 euros por persona, incluye unos cascos que te dan al subir al barco, para conectar en el barco y escuchar explicaciones de edificios, historia y de la ciudad mientras navegas por los canales. Sale un barco cada 15 minutos más menos y están cubiertos. Tienen mucha capacidad en mesas de 6 asientos. Nos gusto bastante. Lo recomendamos.

A Canal Cruise is a absolute must do in Amsterdam. Many of the sights are located next to the prevalent canals of Amsterdam and seeing them from a boat gives you a complete new perspective.Lovers Canal cruise is the biggest chain of these and easy to locate right at the Train Station. There is an Audio guide explaining the sights you are passing by in dozens of different languages. From my experience the narration is sadly on the one-sided manner; and I mean this literally. Beginning from entering the inner canals the narration is always “on the left side you see….” Even if the boat turns around a corner the narration is left side focused! Since I sat on the right side I deduct a star for that.Sadly I had a additional bad experience with cleanliness – on the back of my seat was a chewinggum that I didn’t see until getting up left from a previous pig/passenger. The quick turnaround time of lovers canal Cruise results in the bots not being cleaned and an ruined t-shirt for me. This bad experience leads me to deduct another star.After the review you should know what to do to avoid the mixed experience I had: Sit on the left side and thoroughly check your seat for leftovers of other passengers.

Gut mit älteren Kindern.Am besten Kaffee und etwas zum Knabbern mit nehmen. Kein Klo.Direkte Einstiegstelle an der Central Station das empfanden wir als sehr gut.

Its really nice to take small tour nearby Amsterdam Centraal. It charge 16 Euros per hour and will cover all nearby places . feelings will be better if U ride in the evening or night .

You get to see almost everything in the center of Amsterdam, with a good and clear explanation in almost all languages.There was also a guide who explained some additional things, the tour took one hour, and we returned to the same starting point.

Hice un crucero con ellos por los canales de Amsterdam y fue muy agradable. El barco está cerrado pero con cristalera, así que lo puedes ver todo y no pasar frío. Tienes auriculares con diferentes idiomas para escuchar la grabación de los edificios y anécdotas por donde vas pasando y el capitán también te da algún detalle gracioso de los lugares. Lo recomiendo si te apetece dar un paseo tranquilo una tarde lluviosa en esta magnífica ciudad. :)

Took the 1 hour Amsterdam canal cruise on an afternoon, and there werent many other guests on the boat. We passed by a few other cruises, and there were significantly more people in all the other boats.The tour itself was great, and had multilingual audio guides. The tour route took us to the east side of central Amsterdam, where we didnt spend much time otherwise.

Moderate price. Good to see Amsterdam and its canals by this boat service. Commentary is available in many languages.

Very cool way to see a bit of the city. I would have liked if the audio guide gave more history. At one point it repeated the same information 2-3 times. Even if they included more about parts of the city you cant see from that tour it would be nice. I sat facing backwards, bad choice. I think all the seats should face forward like on some of the other boats. Im not quite sure what the difference between some of the different boat companies is. I paid for a Lovers cruise but we were in the typical red sightsee amsterdam boat. Headphones included. I was able to see some of the Holiday Light Show since I chose a tour that ran when the sun was setting.

Wonderful and informative canal cruise through beautiful Amsterdam. Definitely worth doing if in this city.
