Sowas von schlecht organisiert, das ist echt unglaublich.Die Abfahrten der Busse mehr oder weniger frei Schnauze aber immerhin wartet man nie länger als 30 Minuten.Die Boote sind aber echt das Letzte. Über 30 Minuten in der Schlange am Ufer, dann kommt man ins übervolle Boot und dieses steht dann nochmal 30 Minuten bevor es überhaupt losfährt weil die Angestellten gemütlich vespern und eine Zigarette rauchen. Hier im Boot gibt es keinen mehr, der dafür annährend Verständnis hat.

The boat tours are waaaaaay better than the bus, which is shorter in duration, but boring and seems longer. Highly recommend the boat or green line! Pleasant staff :)

Nullissime ! 21€ par personne pour voir les zones industrielles et le port au lieu de la ville !!! Ce tour était vraiment bizarre ! Une déception, une perte de temps et dargent. Prenez le tramway le prix sera plus intéressant et vous verrez plus de choses !

Лодка + автобус-это хороший способ посмотреть город, но лодка всё-таки круче. Экскурсоводы- студенты, иностранцы. Но набарту выдают наушники с записанными экскурсиями на любом языке. Для первого знакомства с городом или способа перемещения между достопримечательностями- подойдёт.

Pour un ticket, vous avez accès pendant 24h à 1 trajet en bus et 2 trajets en bateau.Les bus et bateau sont équipe de commentaires audio multilingues (dont le français). Les commentaires pourraient être un peu plus intéressant (ce nest pas forcément intéressant de savoir que Georges Clooney est descendu dans tel hôtel...) Et surtout, il nest pas normal de retrouvé dans les bateaux, des informations déjà entendu dans le bus et vive versa. Lhistoire de la ville doit pourtant être une source inépuisable dinspiration.Le tours en bus na pas trop dintérêt.Les deux trajets en bateau en revanche valent le détour. La navigation sur les canaux et vraiment reposante et agréableLes bateaux sont équipés de toilettes.

I spent a really good afternoon in Amsterdam few weeks ago. My tourist guide was Dzsenifer, a really helpful and kind girl.Thank you for the experience, Id definetely be back.

Whenever we get to major city we use city sightseeing because its one of the best ways to get around and you get a good grounding on the place you going to be staying for the next few days plus i always find them to cost effective. The audio commentary provided is always insightful feels and fills in the gaps of your knowledge, with always some whimsical that makes you remember the location. In Amsterdam it was even better because not only bus but €1 more we had the canal boat which allows u to see Amsterdam from the best vantage point. We didnt have to use any ither transport around Amsterdam. And big shout out to our guide on two of trips round, Alvaro, who was passionate, knowledgeable about Amsterdam and interested in our experiences of the city. Top man.

OMG dont trust this company. the boats never come and the staff are terrible. we had a staff member at the Stadhouderskade kiosk tell us to go to completely a different station and we got lost walking around for 2 hours. when we went back (having never been able to take a boat or bus) and asking if we can cancel the tickets and get our money back they said no their policy is not to refund money even if they were at fault. terrible service. take any other boat or company but not this one.

Great Way to See AmsterdamBooked city sightseeing Hop on Hop off bus and canal boat cruise for the 3/04/19. Was very easy to locate pickup point at Amsterdam Central Station where you could either get on boat cruise on bus. Opted to go on boat cruise first and was absolutely blown over by the Hostess Delia. She was very helpful and kindly offered to print my mobile ticket for me as I was running out of battery, Thanks Delia you are a credit to Citysightseing Amsterdam. Also thanks to the boat driver who charged my phone. The complete canal boat tour took just over 1hour 30mins with lots of stops. Free earphones were provided and a selection of languages available to listen to information about places of interest in Amsterdam. Then got on the hop on bus , for the city tour, the complete tour takes about an hour and half , with full commentary given in number of languages, as I only had a day in Amsterdam only got off in the complementary Gassan Diamond factory tour.Overall pleased with City Sightseeing Amsterdam and would certainly book city sightseeing tours in other cities as I have done in the past.

Excelente opcion para recorrer la ciudad tanto en buses como en barcos, muy dinamico! Nuestra guia Astrid fue muy simpatica y entregaba buenos tips en el recorrido. Hay buenas promociones y buenos precios para comprar entradas a otras atracciones que se adquieren en el mismo bus o barco.
