Credit to St Regis, the experience was exceptional, not only because of the setting and incredible attention to detail but the staff were amazing.Special mentions to Fadi and Ahmad, both were amazingly kind and hospitable.The rooms are highly appointed, generous in size and the bed was superb.We ate at Segrata (secret garden) and the quality was sublime. Have the Beef Blade, oven steamed for 24hrs, it was out of this world. The St Regis Bar was a great setting, and good value in Monday nights, 20JOD, and you can select as many cocktails as you wish; well mixed and again beautifully served.The gym is excellent.The pool is one of the heros, as it’s really well designed, simple and elegant.Breakfast was good. I wished for pork, but you can’t expect it.We also had a night at the W on the same trip and St Regis was leagues above. But that might be showing our middle age ways. The W is funky and cool. We are not! But more than that, the service at St Regis was just on a another level by comparison.

High tea is so worth it! Customer service was exceptional and food so so yummy. Atmosphere really chilled and interiors of the hotel are so elegant

One of the leading hotels in town, luxurious property with exotic outlets. Food worth the try. Swimming pool area is one of a kind, the hotel supplies bungalows for in-house guests for more privacy. Butler service is available around the clock. Rates are not cheap but the experience is money value.

So this is a high class hotel, new, luxurious, extravagant (for a city like Amman) very friendly staff, its a bit unclear how to navigate through it, the entrance to the hotep is from the side street, and the entrance to the residential apartments is from the back.The halls are fancy, but the food could be better.I havent seen the rooms

It is hard to say it is a 5+, people are trying to work hard to reach guest max satisfaction, many thanks for Anood, Good, Tarek and Ahmed and room service team. Having a female as a butler is not a good idea specially in a night shift. Butler service is not more than customer service/room service we usually recieved in other hotel, (i. e. nothing special), no indoor swimming pool, room maintenance is the worst e.g. Water leaking, brown color water from tab, noisy A.C., etc (experience from other guests in the same period). Their Bonvoy loyalty membership is the WORST ever. I have the gold membership but again i am saying the Marriott Bonvoy membership is the worst in the world. 2 stars missing because of the Bonvoy.

Good place to host conferences, food and sweets quality are not that good.

It was 1 night in St. regis. The service from A to Z was perfect, the staff was helpful, the smile on their face all the time and the space was comfortable. I would give a special thanks to Ahmad heiasat , Esraa’ on the reception and Mohammad abu eisha the guy who was on the pool, they were so kind and helpful

It is definitely a luxury hotel. It is amazingly beautiful with all the marble rooms. It is elegant and the food is exceptional. The service is absolutely profesional and neat. Many salons for celebrating events. The bad side is the price , thought...

Here in quarantine for 14 days. Service is great. Food has been ok. Ofcourse i like western food so it just not the same but fine. Room is great as well. Overall very good place for quarantine.

מלון חדש שנפתח בקיץ 2019. מודרני מאוד עם שירות אישי אבל מאוד חמים ולא לוחץ. הלובי אישי מאוד (צ׳ק אין נעשה בחדרי קבלה אישיים). מעליות, מרחקים בתוך המלון: הכל מאוד נוח וקצר. חדרים גדולים וחדרי אמבטיה גדולים במיוחד (מקלחת עמידה בנוסף לאמבטיה). חלק מהשירות הוא גיהוץ של כמה פריטים לכל אורח ללא עלות ואיבזור החדר נוח בצורה לא רגילה (כולל שקעי חשמל שמתאימים לרוב התקעים, מפסקי חשמל שמכבים את כל אורות החדר בו זמנית ומונעים את אחת הפעולות היותר מרגיזות בחדר מלון חדש...). המיקום הוא בחלק מאוד מודרני של העיר וליד מעגל תנועה מרכזי. למעשה אין ממש לאן ללכת ברגל מהמלון (יש אזור מסחרי עם קניון סביר קילומטר מהמלון). למזרח החדרים עם נוף יפה של גבעות עמאן. למערב הנוף הוא של השכונה ולא מיוחד. המרכיבים בארוחת הבוקר איכותיים. המגוון דומה יותר למלונות ברמה דומה באירופה. מעט יחסית סלטים, יותר דגש על בשרים ודגים. מבחר גדול של מאפים מתוקים. קפה טוב. מוסיקה מרגיעה ברקע. כמו מלונות רבים במדינה: ריח קל של עישון חודר כמעט לכל מקום באזורים הציבוריים (אבל לא באזור החדרים).
