Everyone in the hotel was very nice... one observation... they dont offer free water during meals, however they do provide 2 free water bottles in your room everyday

A good, comfortable Hotel just out of the centre of a man, the jordanian capital, in the diplomatic area friendly and helpful staff, a good restaurant on site, a nice pool and reasonable WiFi (unless you have big files to upload or download).

I don’t recommend at all, my wedding supposed to be at 26th of june, due to COVID-19 and our government defense Orders has been canceled, we’ve sent an email to cancel our wedding and to refund our money, they gave us dates but no response, we called one of their front desk employees and they were very rude to us at the first time he says that Chef Ameed is the one who’s responsible about these stuff and he’s in a vacation and at the same day he told us that his phone extension is busy , Chef Ameed used to give us appointments to come and take our money back and before we go he calls and cancel it in arguments that the delay is from the bank and now he don’t answer his phone, we talked to the general manager Majdi Twal he said that they don’t have money and they don’t want to give us our money back anytime soon, and that he will check with the finance department and get back to us and he didn’t, we called him back but there’s no answer, we paid 2160 JD and we are short in money but no one is helping us or answering us, very bad experience I don’t recommend it at all, There is no credibility nor respect.

I am definitely coming back. This hotel is associated with a travel and tourism college. The staff, professional and student trainees, were models of hospitality. My room sat over a rose garden. I regularly opened the window to listen to the song birds and enjoy the breeze. Breakfast was excellent. Wonderful hot chocolate. I loved sitting outside and just enjoying the grounds and nice view.

Good staff, but hotel itself is rather yesterday. Tired, heavy furniture etc. Location is good for quiet streets, but seems to be a long way from anywhere unless you are a diplomat. There is a curious and expensive duty free shop in the car park. Other reviewers complained about breakfast. It is actually not bad, but like the hotel, needs sprucing up and being better presented. The place just needs some love and some money. The staff are very helpful.

Nice hotel in the diplomatic area of Amman. If youre looking to stay in an affluent and all the while safe neighbourhood in Amman. This is your place.

The staff at this hotel are some of the most accommodating and friendly I have come across. The negatives were all little things like no bottled water in the room, there was only one cup on the tea service but these were minor and didnt detract in the slightest from our stay. Check-in was incredibly smooth and easy and the hotel was very sympathetic when we had to cut short our stay because of a family bereavement. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in a good hotel in a good location and, should we need to stay in Amman again, I would definitely put the Century Park at the top of my list.

I stay there every now and then. The staff is cooperative and friendly. Quite area and easy to move around.

Licht und Schatten. Auf den ersten Blick ein feines Hotel mit lokalem 4 Sterne Standard. Die Einrichtung ist angenehm modern und in einem recht guten Zustand. Die Lage in Amman ist gut und sehr ruhig. Das Essen war insgesamt gut.Aber: der Reinigungszustand des Bades ließ zu wünschen übrig- Zahnpastareste im Waschbecken, nicht entleerter Müll, eklige Klobürste.Das mit Abstand schlechteste war aber der Service beim Frühstück. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Die Tische wurden nicht wieder neu eingedeckt, man musste um Besteck und Kaffeetasse bitten. Von alleine tat sich absolut nichts. Man bekam dann eine Kaffeetasse, aber keine Untertasse. Unmögliches Verhalten! Die ganze Zeit stand eine Art Oberkellner rum, arroganter Blick und kein Interesse an den Gästen. Unglaublich schlecht.Nie wieder dieses Hotel.

The stay was overall comfortable and pleased, the room is big and well equipped, the bed is wide and comfortable, I did not like the breakfast, few options and very slow service though the staff was more than enough
