I was very disappointed that we had called multiple times before arriving and they assured us we didn’t need to make a reservation as there was plenty of open spots and they would just see us when we got there, and then when we arrived they turned us away because they were booked up. I understand things happen, however you shouldn’t deter people from making reservations. The point of reserving a spot is to avoid situations like this. Everyone was friendly but it was a frustrating experience after driving 7+ hours to get there

We make a point to stop at this beautiful RV Park when we travel south for the winter and north in the spring. They are kind and very helpful! The sites are huge and level!!

Place is excellent, pull through is a bomb. People were so nice and friendly. Price is a little high, but worth it.

Wasnt impressed, paid full price for a spot ($20 more than usual) without the Casino amenities, it is only open to New Mexico residence! Plus beware of their water pressure, extremely high, blew a seal inside our RV under the sink and came home to our RV flooded. I noticed (too late) there are several nearby parks that cost less and seem to be nicer. Very disappointed.

Excellent RV resort after a long ride from NY this was by far the best place we RV camped at .Super friendly staff!! Extremely clean bathrooms,laundry em, gym and beautiful lodge ! Overall rating +10

Convenient on/off I40 14 miles west of Albuquerque. Large clean sites that are well spaced, 90psi water pressure use a reducer, clean power, plenty of over the air HD TV. The free public wifi was useless and obviously not secure. Casino is only open to resident so no decent food close by only Dairy Queen and a gas station across the street, their food sucked. Walmart was 15 minutes away for supplies. Would stay again for an overnight or a few night rest stop.

Very clean, great accommodation, pull through are great, dog park a huge plus However, I get the whole covid thing but when you have to still pay FULL price and NOT ALLOWED to use amenities or go to the Casino because we are out of staters is by far the most DISCRIMINATING EVER!! EVEN WITH MASKS??!! This wasWhy we chose this. probably would have been 5 stars but giving 2 for the inconvenience

Beware of this place especially now during Covid. They wont tell you on the phone or online when making reservations but the Casino is closed to non residents including the restaurants in the casino. The internet is piss poor at best (free public wifi). Since there is no cable, casino or pool to use, it would have been nice to stream something but I couldnt stay connect for 1 video. Staff for us at the front desk was pretty rude and the attitude was that they could care less about your experience here. This is the second casino on this trip owned by an Indian Nation. Both were not good experiences. For now on Ill ask if the camped is owned by a tribe. If so then Ill just pass and find a KOA or mom and pop campground. Luckily we were only staying over night or I would have had to break down camp and leave. The site I was assigned was nice because it had a level pad.

Overall excellent location; amenities;And accommodations! There’s even a dog wash for pup;couple of enclosed dog walks; Grounds are maintained and in excellent condition; it’s amazing to see how much love can be put into an RV campground; We really appreciate the way things have been landscaped and maintained with a gradation of stones and desert plants there’s even a shuttle that will drive you up to the casino so that you can entertain yourself at the slots for the tables or the wonderful restaurants. Our 45 foot coach with attached jeep Cherokee and Motor cycle and mtn bikes fit w room to spare at spot #1215 Pull Thru ; a must stop off for those passing thru; beautiful sunset and stargazing; Quiet peaceful set back from the highway— loved our stopover and will be bak! Thx route 66 rv resort; we appreciate your pride and love of ownership—way to show em how its done!

Made reservation and told casino was open. Got there and casino was closed to nonresidents. Pool was closed. Hot tub was closed. Couldnt get to restaurants in casino. Did they tell us in advance that casino was closed to nonresidents - NO.. NO TV CABLE. No internet dedicated to rv camp. Had to compete with others on open internet. Did they reduce the price or offer future comps. Not on your life. Piss poor management and a phone call from them could have resolved this before I drove over 200 miles out of my way.

Huge ant infestation! Rv has to be fumigated. Beautiful park but the ants make it a real problem! So many bites we had to leave. Could not avoid them even after they moved us.

Wow! This complex is clean and filled with happy, helpful people. Tbe RV sites are big and easy to access. Escorts take you to your site!AND the Steak house in the Casino is fabulous. Period.
