Good grocery store but customer service is lacking at the customer service department. You can get money orders but they dont like it because it requires some paperwork to be filled out and will have you fill out their form to process the money order. There is a $1 fee which is pretty cheap so...

It wasnt packed like it was on the 6th, so I was happy to run around inside like I was in a rush and I got quite a few smiles and laughs about it from the other adults who got what I was doing in there. So yea, I was one of 3 people who actually had a mask on, so be careful about going to there because a few of the people in there looked like hell warmed over. Yall stay safe and Ill see you around if Im not in the mental hospital again. And if you see me running around, say hi, just because I have my issues, doesnt mean I cant nice.

LOVE this store!! My kids call it fancy! Love how they unload the cart themselves instead of the conveyer belt deal! The staff is always super friendly too!!

I went in and found the customer service kiosk. I was taking in a gift certificate that needed to be converted to an Albertsons gift card. I went in expecting to have to wait a long time but the customer service woman was prompt and efficient and I received my Albertsons gift card in less than 5 minutes. I said thank you and went to buy my groceries. I waited in line for about 20 seconds when they opened another line and I was the next in line. I think I spent like 15 minutes at the store when I had planned to be there for 45 minutes to an hour. It was great and I think I will go to that location again.

Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Produce section was limited and the staff there were somewhat rude. I asked about missing vegetables and received a curt answer.

I like this Albertsons in Albuquerque because their aisles are wide enough to maneuver, they have a great selection of products placed logically by aisle.Some sections are small, but they have a variety of product for all food types.

On check out prices not match the shelf prices, the cashier didn’t offer to send request for price check until finished the transaction and gave the receipt, i recommend to check the prices on the check out screen.. that was on Albertsons on Juan Tabo and Candelaria. Actually i have been told by other shoppers that it happening frequently.

Excellent produce section, deli, meats and dairy. Love their $5 sushi deal on Fridays. So good.

Albertsons rocks, got me some Daisy pure and natural sour cream and made me and my family some home made ranch dressing, great with Turkey sandwiches. Enjoy

Probably the WORST display of customer service Ive ever been party to. I get one item, ONE. and in the middle of checking out, my cashier decides its more important to have a conversation with her fellow employees, than finish my transaction. When I have to grab my own receipt so I can go home, there is a PROBLEM. I guess its worth it to drive the extra mile or two to frequent another store who believes in customer service, instead of gossip.

Ive been shopping at this grocery store since mid 90s, back then it was Furrs. I will say once it changed 2 Albertsons its much cleaner, & the atmosphere with both the store and the employees is delightful.

My favorite Albertsons store. I shopped at most of the other locations for the last 10 years, and they are all very good, but this has become my favorite for the last year or so. Very friendly workers, and very clean store. Have never had a very long wait in line. The cashiers always seem to be on the ball.

Completely embarrassed and Falsely accused!! Today i visited the Albertsons down the street from my home,  well because this Albertsons has been my goto location for years now. Walking in I grabbed a cart that had yet to be cleaned and sanitized, i was immediately approached by an employee who offered to sanitize it for me but i stated that it was not necessary because i had my bottle of sanitizer with me, i then wiped it down and thanked the worked for the offer. I proceeded through the store at one point visiting the restroom. the restroom was unusable at the least... After exiting I stated to another worker the condition of the womens restroom and expressed empathy for the worker having to clean up after a customer leaving it in that type of condition. to which she replied, and i quote, I dont appreciate you stealing our hand sanitizer  i was completely befuddled! So I then asked to speak with a manager. While speaking with the manager he was just completely uninvolved and uninterested in the complaint. Before exiting the store crying and embarrassed I talked to the worker that seen me sanitize my own basket with the sanitizer I brought in with me. So she then went with me and told another manager that i did in fact bring it in with me and she then stated well i dont know how when this is is only given to the store for employee use only  still in conclusion that i stole the sanitizer. With no interest in checking surveillance footage or what the other employee was telling her. I left crying without my thanksgiving feast and without my hand sanitizer :( I am so heartbroken at the way I was accused and called a liar. I Will never be returning to a Albertsons again

A bit chaos-ie but ok. About 25% more expensive than Walmart

Let me start this by saying I shop at this grocery store 4-6 nights a week. On my daily visit to this Albertsons, I was feeling under the weather but needed to get my shopping done. I came up with a cold sore the night before, and while there I wanted to pick up some Lycerin (Abreva). I checked out and took all my things home. After getting home, I broke open the box to find no medication tube in the box. I tried to call customer service right away that evening to tell them what had happened, but no one answered the line. My next option was to take it back but didn’t really feel well and it was late, so I was going to do it as soon as I felt better. I arrived to Albertsons two days after I made my purchase and Linda helped me at the customer service desk. I explained the situation and she aggressively shook the box and said “ you really didn’t notice nothing was in there?!” I told her no, I didn’t notice and she told me she would not exchange the product. I shop at this grocery store almost every day and I will not be returning to this store because of Linda and her poor excuse for customer service as a manager.

Another store I love ever since I was a kid. Great prices and awesome selection in wines and spirits.

This a awesome location with a huge selection of fresh and healthy food. Also the staff at this location is very friendly and quick to get you checked out.

We drive further than our regular Albertsons to see Matthew, the butcher. He’s always so happy to help. Absolutely recommend!

Live this particular Albertsons! Candelaria and Wyoming. Fruit and vegetables are really nice, big frozen section, and nice bakery. Compared to other stores - much nicer, well stocked, live the checkouts. Just pull the basket up and the clerk pulls out items to scan. LOVE IT!

Albertsons is a great place to do your grocery shopping at. They have a deli, Bakery and all kinds of other good stuff that you could buy for yourself and your family. Ill always shop at Albertsons for my groceries.

Absolutely the BEST grocery store I have experienced in decades. The other Albertsons stores in the area are good, but this location is super clean, super stocked, super nice, and super people. This store took the ball and ran with it! This is THE super market!

I have edited my review because at first there was an extremely rude employee whom acted as management and threw my brother who gets our supply of food out from a false accusation (proven) and now that we know the truth we are now happier with this establishment, the genuine manager is amazing and most of the staff is good, we will be returning

This isnt a regular Albertsons. It carries more expensive items. It has a butcher counter and sells only Angus beef. Very limited meat selections.
