Well we made our meat order we will be picking it up tomorrow while I was there I also saw some of their rubs find and Im going to give him some tries on the different meat that I have on my order I also picked up some shanks and Im going to put them in some pinto beans. And the employees are very helpful today they are a little bit shorthanded but they were handling it

I dont know if I have ever been to a store with friendlier and accommodating employees, than Kellers. I called twice for different fats to mix for grinding meat and each time Reese at the meat counter made sure I left with what I wanted. Not enough great things can be said about this store.Farm fresh neat selection with a great staff, you cant beat it.

This place is such a rip off! Highest prices in the country, let alone Albuquerque. $19 per lb for prime rib? What a joke! We just made some pork chops and theyre not better than the ones from Smiths or Albertsons and they were marked about about 40% more as well.

I ordered and picked up a three-pound so-called smoked turkey roast. It was separated into two foil-wrapped packages (odd to me as I had requested one single roast), pre-sliced (irritating); but the coup de grace was that the roast did not taste smoked at all and in fact tasted spoiled (revolting). I threw the lot--which cost over $30--in the trash. Absolutely inedible.Still, *stuff happens*, I thought. So I phoned the store today to let them know I had had a bad experience. I could not believe the dismissive response from the manager; who offered merely that she had not received complaints from anyone else. She thereby cast doubt on whether my complaint was even legitimate. I have been to Kellers many times before over the past couple of decades. While anyone can make a mistake, the fact they didnt own up to the first one on which Ive called them is disconcerting. Its apparent that a) they wont stand behind their products, and b) they spurn customer concerns. As a result I expect that, were they to make some similar mistake in the future, they would do nothing to rectify it. I wont take on that risk; Ill buy my meat elsewhere.

Alligator filet meat, only source in town for one of my favorite ocean fish to smoke (not telling which one), and friendly staff. Whats not to love about this local gem?

Definitely appreciate stopping in at Kellers for the natural meats. They support local farms and other local items!! I like purchasing their meat in bulk so its easy to call and place an order.

Good selection of organic and vegan foods. Also (mostly) Kosher meats - NOT Glatt Kosher, only slaughtered Kosher.

We picked up out Thanksgiving dinner this morning. Everyone working hard and friendly. Everyone had masks and gloves.

Great and fast service even during the holiday hours! Everyone was very kind and kept things socially distant.

Very knowledgeable staff, fresh selection, won a free 1lb ground beef from the raffle system they honor, daily.

Used to LOVE shopping at Kellers... until today. I was denied entry into their store at Eubank and Candelaria because I was not wearing a mask. I am not sick. I am not contagious. I am, however, extremely claustrophobic, and prone to anxiety attacks. A mask would only exacerbate that and cause me to lose it in the store. My medical condition and needs were utterly ignored because of a DIKTAT from the Governors office (a power that she does not have), enforced by orders from the Health Department (which, lawfully, should not exist), and based on reports by Covid Karens (who should be snatched bald-headed and beaten black and blue.). It is Kellers right to deny people entry into their stores -- and it is OUR right to take our business elsewhere. This emergency will end; the insult will not.

Dont go to the meat counter without a ticket. Get that ticket when you first walk in the door. Then shopping here is more pleasurable.
