The restaurant service continues to be top-notch as ever with an excellent variety of local, national and international dishes available. The rooms remain extremely comfortable and all safety measures are in place and adhered to [conforming with WHO guidelines, as well as National and Local Laws]. If in doubt about any rules and regulations simply ask a member of staff for clarity.So overall, the Holiday Inn Express Ahmedabad remains a premier place to stay whether long-term or short, for business or pleasure.

Nice and cozy property at a very good location. In the middle of main market with all brands and Restaurants on walking distance .Rooms are pretty small but clean and manageable. However hotel should make arrangement to provide drawers beneath tables since there is neither any almirah nor any space in room to arrange it now.Breakfast is good. Ordered Pizza in room BUT is was very much below expectations. Overall good experience .

It was great. Loved each part of it. Sanitation, compliment breakfast, restaurant near by, everything was amazing. The services was nice. They did amazing job at providing information which was needed. And even room services was nice and accurate

I booked this hotel things its a holiday inn brand. On arrival the room ended where it started.Although it was exceptionally clean and everything was available in that Tokyo inspired room size (Like fridge, hair dryer, speaker, alarm, locker, iron and a massive TV, central AC) the room was quiet small for to be in Ahmedabad. The bath and the toilet were seperate 2 cabins and the wash basin was literally on the bed. lol.Also strange was the hair and body wash. i.e only one soap dispenser that said hair and body wash. one soap for both. lol.I got a good package with both dinner and breakfast and had to just stay a night so it was fine. But dont book for long stays.Reception was clumsy and during covid time no one was wearing a mask around so had to shout on people to atleast put a mask on.

It’s a great place to stay.... Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Meals are very good and delicious...Rooms are warm while outside is very cool. Well maintained hotel. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners. I would probably choose Orient hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.

Nice place for a day’s halt, the beds are extra soft. The staff is very cooperative and the breakfast menu is nice. Very clean and hygienic place. Only problem is that the rooms are small. Good for 2, if you have kids, you’ll have issues in adjusting.

I had a pretty good experience here. Travelling when the conditions are so adverse is always a concern but the hotel follows all the safety norms. The rooms are clean and tidy. Compact yet well equipped. Staff is very cooperative and the service is prompt. Breakfast buffet has many options and it starts very early around 6:15 am so its best for early movers. Will surely stay here again in near future.

Always preferred IHG hotel to have a connectedness n comfortable stay during my travel. Location and staff are the great strength however the size of lobby doesnt allow the comfortable movement in case of crowd specially during the fear of infection. Definitely a good scope of increasing value in the breakfast by may be cutting down the inflow of guest n minimised movement of man and material in the restaurant. Biggest connect point of guest is the linen Pillow, Blanket and BedCover. If its noticed crushed while check-in its bound to give the sleepless nights. Overall nice team and property with great location.

It is a nice and clean hotel. Peace and comfortable stay.Breakfast is excellent. Different verities available. But dinner was poor, repeated menu everyday, not worth for the money.Staff is very friendly and gentle dealing.Extended my stay for more days.

Good location, courteous staff. Could do with following improvements:1. Check the lift operation periodically for single electronic key swipe. We needed to swipe multiple times. Used the stairs.2. Provide towels for each guest in the room. It is undignified to request a towel.

A perfect room with all the amenities needed for a business traveler. Staying here for about 8 days while working from the hotel room was a complete breeze. Great property and staff. Will highly recommend!

First experience - no bell boy, take the luggage yourself to the room - dissappointedRoom - too small. Even the ved is too small not comfortable for 2. Tiny baths with No soap or shampoo, only 1 liquid detergent for all your needs - patheticBreakfast - only 3 servers for the entire restaurant who are overloaded and least bothered to serve your order. Even a simple bread toast takes over 30 minutes and 4 reminders.Most of the items are heat and serve as they seem to be prepared early or a day earlier. - unacceptable This brand has list its value

Generally I never write review but was so Impressed with their excellent services and staff members. The staff is friendly, polite and they greet guests nicely. I stayed for 2 days with my family members. Breakfast was really good and hotel is taking all precautions to keep everyone safe. Dont give a second thought. Book it. You will enjoy 😊

Very nice hotel totally new and absolutely clean. And for a good price with free breakfast. Continental Style.We stayed there 2weeks for business reasons and even it is a simple hotel and quite small rooms the staff is giving you a feel home service. They even adapt the breakfast if you demand something special.The breakfast restaurant is also open in the evening for dinner and serves a decent meal buffet and also non-veg meals.As Gujarat is a „Dry-State“ and Prohibition is enforced heavily no bars around in the whole town also not in 5-Star Hotels.Near by is a save neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants (also McDonalds, Pizza Hut, KFC etc.)

Everything about my stay was above and beyond perfect. The room was super clean, there werent too many people, staff was fantastic! I had my breakfast delivered to my room at 6:45 in the morning everyday and they always remembered what I like. They even managed to send freshly squeezed orange juice to my room. The front desk staff was awesome too.I saw that they maintained hygiene at the hotel in every aspect so this is a perfectly safe place to stay in.Thank you so much for the perfect 2 weeksSee you again soon

Stay was comfortable no cleanliness issues and breakfast was also fair enough as it was complementary.needs to improve seriously on house keeping... called at least 3-4 times house keeping for towels which were ultimately NOT received.bathrooms are too small... overall experience good.

Here at the Holiday Express Inn Prahlad Nager the staff have gamely carried on delivering a first rate service without scrimping on safety. On top of this, they are deftly managing the difficult transition from lockdown to normalcy without cutting quality anywhere. This is a fantastic hotel for the budget traveller, travelling businessman on a short stay etc and is well worth the money.

The room was too small for comfort of 2 people sharing the room. Lack of washroom privacy and sound proofing of main door, bathroom doors and windows of very poor quality. Staff was very courteous but security agency not upto the mark in terms of decency and courtesy. Food variety was good but had a little bad experience with cereals. Non the less the staff was very apologetic.

I was here for my staycation and took queen size room which was classy and elegant.As it names express hotel, the services were quick.There was instant check in, pick up nd drop was on well before time.The breakfast was tasty with lots of options from indian to continental. TV and AC were well working.They provided complementary toiletries too.Most amazed thing about hotel being their staff, with an ready to help and always smiling gesture. The hotel is located near S.G.Highway which is happening area of ahmedabad.This is truly best place to stay in ahmedabad if you are finding luxury at an affordable rates.

As a travel consultant , I tend to view hotels from my prospective clients stay point of view.. In the case of Holiday Inn Express Ahemdabad , it was a little too compact for a normal comfort. The hygiene , post-covid sanitization protocols , food choices , overall look and feel was bang on... The only reason for a less than 10/10 rating is the lack of space in the rooms...If Singapore-style rooms are your thing..This property will not disappoint you..

The stay was a so relaxing from the time I entered to the time I left the staff was on my beck n call 24/7 very supportive in terms of everything , the only thing I can complain abt is drinking water the bottle r small n even tho for the night I asked for 4 water bottles for the two of us they gave us only 2 bottles of water
