It was very good experience, everything is perfect, very cooperative staff, extremely good service. nice location, very tasty food, front desk staff is very cooperative.

Amazing experience. Room were neat and clean and senatize. Staff is courteous, special mention Bharat who helped us in breakfast area, and Praful who helped us during checkout process. We asked for a room having good view, they gave us sunerise view at 10 floor.

The best experience in budget. A memorable stay on 31st Dec and 1st Jan. Enjoyed delicious Gala dinner. As it was my bday, they offered me a complementary cake for celebration at the time of Check inn but I guess they forgot due to high rush those days. But I am very satisfied with the stay and amenities.

A hotel by Hilton has to have a great ambience, which this hotel has. Staff is well trained , soft spoken and always ready to serve with a smile. I went for lunch buffet. The spread was large. As I am Indian food lover and have a very strong sweer tooth , I can vouch for great dessert spread of Indian and continental cuisines. South Indian food items were good but chaat corner was a disgrace. Snacks were also tasty but chinese. I cant comment much on continental food as I have yet to develop some taste for them. Over all a good experience...Nothing great.

Recently visited this place and before COVID we used to go there on weekends my family favourite place actually so yeah post COVID obviously many things have changed so went there with all the precaution so they have one cafe and restaurant so visited hop which is cafe ..and they are following social distancing .. they have the facility of outdoor sitting with cute setup and they offer live singing as well isn’t that great Right now because of IPL They are offering a yummy food combo as well!And tried some bakery items from their too just amazing and deliciousSo overall had a food experience tried nachos, burger ice tea etc... love the nachos as you can see was so cheesy and I love cheesy items so was a total win for me

Thermal screening and sanitisation as soon as you entered in hotel.2. All the staff members are equipped with masks.3. I visited @doubletreeahmedabad after post lockdown and I was glad to see the safety measures they were following right from sanitization to thermal checking. The whole staff was equipped with masks and gloves. Loved the way all the tables had signs for social distancing.The ambience was decent and peaceful. Indoors as well as outdoor seating areas were comfortable.In winters, you should prefer outside garden area. The vibe is amazing. Especially they have this live singing after 7pm which adds charm to the place.I highly recommend,1- Peach ice tea2- Grilled veg parmesan panini3- tex mex nachos4- German sour teriyaki burgerTry out any of these and youll love itThanks for amazing service

Overall experience is Okay. Hygiene wise perfect. I didnt get the feel of 5 star as it claims. breakfast menu is Okay. Some how I didnt the feel that I should visit again. okay for businesses traveling for one night.

One of the best hotels I have been to. The minute you enter the Hotel till you leave it, you will be overwhelmed by Hotels Lavishness and staffs hospitality.1. The Hotel is super clean and very well maintained. Not for once I found any trace of even a spoon being unhygienic.2. The breakfast consisted of wide range of food items and all that I had tried were delicious and up to the mark.3. I had dinner at this place too. Wasnt particularly looking for anything fancy so ordered Punjabi Sabji and Steamed Rice and was quite surprised to see the quantity of the dinner served.4. Room that I stayed is was clean and was full of small accessories and amenities. You get HD Television with all channels, Hot water in all the taps, temperature control for your room, chips & cookies put ready to be consumed in your room cupboard (although chargeable) & a locker facility to put your valuables.Overall i had a very positive and relaxing experience at this hotel. Will definitely visit soon.

Amazing hotel I didnt knew that in my city their is hotel like this that is so amazing the structure is amazing and well designed the cleanliness is at its peak means it is so clean here, security checking is very strict here and it is a must visit hotel to stay and their cafe is also very very expensive and good .

We went there for lunch on our marriage anniversary. There were plenty of food items. The non veg were really good esp mutton and grilled fish.The dessert section was really good having mix of both indian ans western de desserts.My 7 years old daughter loved the ice cream offered by them thought that was not in the menu. And she had her tummy full of ice cream only.I missed biryani over there, hope I will get the same on my next visit.Overall a very good experience.
