One of the properly managed OYO hotels, compared to many other OYO hotels that I have always been disappointed with. The location of this hotel is good. Its opposite the Gujrat College. The charges are reasonable for the service provided. There is also bed and breakfast. The breakfast is buffet type, though if you stay many days you will have to bear with the same breakfast variety everyday. We stayed here in April 2019, and the manager, Vivek, was helpful and friendly. He also assisted us to get an Uber. Rooms are small but averagely clean. It has one lift. The interior is well decorated. I have stayed here many times before as well, and as the service is good, I always return here.

Good hotel for business travellers. Located very conveniently accessible transportation modes. I had a glitch with the A/C in the room but it was handled by the hotel so wasnt much of an issue. Id recommend this to anyone whos on a hop, skip & jump visit to Ahmedabad.

Excellent and spacious rooms for all type. Value for money. Room service is too good. Food also available with standard range of money. Complementary breakfast is making the black mark on this hotel. Better to stay there. Cab facility available.

Booked hotel from Oyo.. Room is good, Food is average, But main issue I reported to staff was TV not working ... he checked it 2-3 times but still not managed to turn it on. Overall average place to stay.

Well the room are big and good enough worth the price.But unfortunately they are not clean. Staff is quite co-operative.

I stayed in a Deluxe room. The room was quite spacious and had a good ambience. The cleaning of the room should have been better. There was a layer of dust in several areas of the room. It shows that thorough cleaning is not being done by housekeeping staff only some superficial cleaning. Even the mini refrigerator and electric kettle were dirty and appeared that they havent been cleaned since long. But the good thing was that the toilet was sparkling clean. In the restaurant while serving breakfast there was a single person present to take care of all the guests and to even replenish the items in the counter. Although the boy was were sincere but still it was not possible for him to manage alone hence there was quite a bit of delay. The staff as a whole was very cooperative and supportive.

Excellent service. had a nice stay. value for money. close to river front and kite festival. allowed us to check in early which was very helpful.

Ambience is good , in house restaurant available , good services , different types of rooms available , property for family n corporates . No local ids , no unmarried couples , no non veg .

Had been at the Hotel 2 hours earlier still they managed to get the room as it was vacant. Its Worth a stay at this price with great service and good room facilities, the staff is well mannered and discipline as well. It’s in the centre of the city where in all the major points were easy to locate. Commuting was easy. The moment you step out of the hotel you get transport very conveniently.

Mr.tomar the so called gm of your group was turning his face on me and gave a bad comment at the reception about me,which i overheard. Infact i was ready to offer my free services to oyo for restaurants and banquets. Stayed 19 days at hotel kanak ahmedabad.hospitality business is all about good service with smile and courtesy. Oyo staff is good but i guess everyday is a learning day. Please look into this seriously. Keep up the good work.my best wishes with oyo always.

I was allowed early check-in without fuss as I was day tour to Ahmedabad they adjusted timing and flexible in giving timely food to catch evening train. Good ambience, good service. Value for money. At this rate I would always prefer to book during my frequent trips

Good renovation but when met the hotel staff..the thing turned worse.. arrogant receptionist,has a great confidence over his stupidity..said to add a review of Google..so did I. A good business is based on mutual understanding and respect which Hotel Kanak lacks ,and cannot be fixed just by a good interior. Disappointed.

This place is good to stay. The roo.s are clean and neat. Hotel however needs to have better breakfast.Better have your Netflix or Hotstar connection. They dont have all TV channels .

Nice place to stay in Ahmedabad. Place is not much away from Ahmedabad junction. You may walk to river front (Sabarmati river bank). Located in a good area. Food quality and staff very supportive.

The rooms are dirty. Staff is bad. High rating is pumped up by themselves. The toilets had stains, smelling of poop, water flow was slow. When we asked OYO for refund, they declined. Lost 3.5K.

This Hotel is a perfect place to stay in the mid if the Ahmedabad City at reasonable cost. Staff is well behaved, excellent food and cleanliness is also well maintained. Best use if money.

Rooms were nice and cozy. Location is good. Cons are that it doesnt have any cable network. Only free channels are tele casted. No mineral water was complimentary.

This is budget hotel with excellent accommodation and good service ,with soft spoken manager and other staff .This hotel is maintained by Oyo ,situated just in front of gujrat college ahemdabad.Dinner and break fast is so Delicious .I stay twice within a week ,if anybody want to visit ahemdabad and try to find suitable place then they can stay there without thinking .

Stayed everytime I visit Ahmedabad. Best services given by this OYO hotel. Food quality is great, they serve buffet in breakfast. Overall experience is great, worth of money.

So the location and property of the place is good , the pricing however is ridiculously bizzare.For a plate of dal khichdi and dahi, and couple of rotis i was charged 700 bucks, and when confronted,the managers response was yaha aisa he hai,mai kuch nahi kar saktaBuggers charged me 60 rs mandatory service fees and individual tax to every item.

Never seen or met oyo captain in the last 15 days dont know who is the captain to take care of breakfastwhich i have been repeatedly telling day after day and also given in writing to the oyo super boses.i dont thing it is some big deal to improve breakfast menu quality and taste.
