Great place to store your belongings. I felt very secure knowing my items were safe and well looked after by the team in Cardiff.

Only one complaint. The pedestrian gate was locked and I was informed this is company policy for security. I had to walk through the heavy goods entrance into the main yard. This is dangerous as pedestrians forced to walk alongside vans, and reversing trucks. Get the pedestrian open BYS !!, this is dangerous and does not need to be.

From the moment I first made contact with Big Yellow, they were helpful and patient. I had a lot of questions and nothing was a problem. Moving house is stressful and they made it so much easier!

Tried booking storage online a few weeks ago for end of August/beginning of September while I move accommodation but couldnt as you can only book 4 weeks in advance and now try to book it for the 23rd August and the storage size I need is no longer available! Utterly ridiculous knowing that students are going to be booking for around June leaving those who needs the smallest storage later having to pay for larger storage just because you cant book earlier!

From the time we made enquiries about office and storage space, the staff have gone above and beyond to help. They even brought one of our volunteers who uses a wheelchair to the 2nd floor office, when I was delayed. Im just sorry we didnt find them sooner!
