Cool place to land but seems more like a provincial Airport. Not very good connection options into the city. Taxi or Super Shuttle. Public bus requires a 700m walk.

Ghastly weather to introduce our friends to the city. Planes late and therefore taxis were in the peak hour and very expensive so not a great experience

Wellington airport is fun and vibrant, there are loads of good eateries there and the Blue Lady serves the best chai lattes in the country
