I dont usually write for reviews but I came here yesterday and kinda disappointed with their service that I just have to share my experience. So I won a robinsons gift certificate from work but this particular robinsons supermarket doesnt want to accept the soft copy of my egc on phone since our company sent it via email. I already read the instructions before going to this place but the customer service there explained with their egc manual/instructions that they are not accepting egcs/gift certificates w/o the robinsons logo which my egc doesnt have. I did have to load my sim card and open my data just to show them the instructions they sent to my email on how I can use my egc but they didnt even look at it and just ignore me showing them the email on my phone they just keep pushing me their manual or the paper which includes the instructions on their egc. I really felt frustrated since my money is not sufficient for the things that I have to buy and Im really expecting that I can use that egc since my other co workers who also won egc had already use their own on other robinsons branches. In the end I just decided to find other robinsons supermarket branch and luckily for me they accepted that egc/gift certificate on my phone and they said I can use it and the cashier will scan it and I can start with my grocery. Im so thankful with that robinsons supermarket branch and Im really sorry to say that Im really disappointed with this branch robinsons supermarket metro town mall. Im just sharing my experience and reviews to this particular store so no hate and Im all good now. Its just I will never go grocery shopping in this place again together with my parents and relatives. Thanks.

Wide selection of items. Courteous staff. Great for your weekly grocery shopping. I dont advice going here for a quick shop; traffic and parking is sometimes a problem here. So better plan your trip here.

Dont expect too many finds but cozy envi and not crowded.

Loved it. Konti ang tao konti ang pila sa cashier. Very clean and cold. Fruits and vegetables are fresh. Cool staff. Okay ang parking mas maluwag kesa sa other grocery store in San Carlos city. I can get all kasi kumpleto na dito.

Convenient place for shoppers

It so fast to get nbi online here at time of afternoon because less people during that time and weekdays is better, but you have to pay 120 pesos for online registration for me its not a big deal, because I dont have a choice by that time, I got my nbi less than a week so try to go here sometimes compare to nbi site in kapitolyo tarlac
