We stayed here for a reason to try it.since it attract my attention.Well, it was good and reasonable even tho the room rate were of the chart budget.First, the staff was good and approachable, even the crew would like to help you assist in belongings and carry. They have complimentary candies and cookie for checkin and walkin guest. For the room quite small for 2 person i guess but it was okie..AC was good, cleaned. They have complimentary coffee ready and heater...2 bottle water and can request a pitcher for another drinking water. Also cable tv ready upto 20 channels only. Wifi was good sometimes no signal. CR have bidet, cold and hot shower. With complimentary bath soap, shampoo and toothbrush. Bed and linens was good with 2 normal pillows and 1 long pillows.What fascinated me alot was the buffet breakfast..well it was good filipino dish, but one thing seems bad was you have to ask coffee and a glass of drinking water which has to be place already for it not to be requested. Tho nothing bad if you request but for immidiate can be. No fruits just ussual breakfast was serve.Overall stay was good and fined.parking space was secured in cctv with guard duty..also have parking space at the back.they have luxury place in the building but i didnt came to see more as i stay in room only. Since no offer was made.Issue: cable tv reception stacked up, need it to be fixed. Also need to place water dispenser for tenant to have water ready if needed. Since they will bother someone to get it. Also the connection of outlet at room 210 was unsafe as the outlet was expose only with electrical tape as protection..it can lead to crossing the connection.My survey form was submitted at the lobby since i forgot to ask the name of the person assisted us..but it was a good stay for this hotel.

The hotel is just fine though the room is a bit small but I love having a mini fridge inside..Location is accessible and along the highway...Limited parking area compared to other hotels I visited in Tarlac CityBuffet breakfast is the best and staff are accommodating.Hallways are too dark and lack proper lighting or its just their deaignWifi connection is poor, I call to call the lobby to check their internet and most of the time I used my data connection.

This is not our first time here. But today, after we checkd in for 3nights, we were disappointed to have been assigned to a room with aircon not functioning well. Housekeeping were not cleaning our room for the whole stay. My family who occupied a total of four rooms has the same sentiment. I hope the manangement will do upgrade their services. Make their staff more friendly and accomodating so they will have repeat customers.

The rooms at the very end of the halls have very weak Wi-Fi. The room air-conditioning was so noisy that it keeps me awake at night during my 2 week stay.

Staff were very accommodating. Cleanliness could still be improved since shower and sink emits sewer smell after use. Also, blankets are too thin for a very cold room, making it hard to sleep at night. Breakfast is okay. It consisted of scrambled eggs, hotdogs, corned tuna, mixed veggies, rice, and soup.

The place has new design, but barely clean and maintained. Our room was smelly and the bathroomnis moldy. Got allergic rhinitis attack. The service was ok. They even have free cocktails at their lounge a choice of green island(thats what i heard from the attendant) or tequila sunrise. The wifi from our room has 1bar. They have shuttle service if you need one. Toiletries are just 2 toothbrush, 2 soap, 1 shampoo. A roll of tissue, 2 towels. No bath matts so use the free slippers. Breakfast is free.. a buffet of corn soup, friedrice,mixed veg,longganisa, giniling, sardines, scrambled eggs, orange juice and coffee.

One of the good hotel when youre planning to stay here.

The place is okay with good location and affordable rooftop bar, but otherwise nothing special with the place. Rooms are clean but could be better. Still a good place to stay if you are doing business in Tarlac.

Needs an update on its facilities. I had some issues with leaky pipes and the AC breaking down on two separate occasions. Their staff are friendly and attentive so that compensates whatever it lacks in luster.

My room buddies - tv remote and mosquito swatter. Just killed 14 mosquitos as of the moment.

Very accommodating front desk

We stayed at L Suare Hotel our room was only cleaned every second day we didnt get fresh clean towels every day . The meals they had were sometimes not what you wanted so you would have to ask which ones on the menu that they were cooking no fresh fruit and a great selection. The hotel van was expensive to take you to airport better to get you own transport that is a bit cheaper. L Square look nice but for the price it wasnt great

We stayed here 3D/2N. Our original booked room had a problem so we got upgraded to a different one. The first night, the drain in the shower was clogged but they fixed it immediately. Wifi signal was weak where we were. The food was good though - breakfast was buffet and complimentary. Most staff were courteous and pleasant.

Nice place with a very good breakfast however the room they gave me was not nice.

My overall rating would be 3.5 stars, but as that isnt available will give it 4 as our stay was positive.Areas of improvement: in our bathroom if the drain wasnt blocked a strong sewage smell entered the whole room. Restaurant breakfast was OK, but would had been great to have some musli/ corn flakes to change it up a bit as being vegetarian there warent too many options.Staff: they were great and very helpful in every aspect.Location: quite central to everything. Seven eleven just on the other side of the road.Overall, would use it again.

They dont have proper endorsement, dont honor what they have promise. policy was not discussed upon checkin.very disappointed

Place is beautiful. Staffs are very kind. I recommended it to my Japanese friend and she loved it as well. Food is also great!

Single rooms are too small and ac frame is breaking up but still cools the room, the provided blanket is thin and they only have 1 medium pillow. There is an addtl cost of php50 for extra pillow and php 200 for the thin blanket. Staff are helpful though and they have buffet breakfast, hence Im giving 4 stars.

No wifi doesn’t work

Don’t use room 202 or room 302 because WiFi signal there is weak and unstable. Even though how many times you would tell the housekeeping to reset it, it is still unstable connection. Seems like the router is the problem because when you go to the lobby and connect to the WiFi there, it is fast. I told the management about it but all they can do is reset the router, they don’t even have a LAN cable for borrowing just in case WiFi is not available in your room.Another thing, receptionist don’t endorse the requests of guests to the replacing shift.Lastly, they expect you to get your own envelope (it is for sale) and fold your own guest folio.

The room smelled literally like sewer, even though I complained nothing was done, cleaning staff shockingly walked into my room without even knocking! Theres a lot to improve there..

Very good place, bar at the roof top ang price is good!

Service was exceptional. The food in the Cafe was tops although they never had mangos, which is probably the best thing to drink in the Fils. The little ac was more powerful than my car and kept the room like ice. The hot water took a minute but was very reliable after a few minutes running. The wifi was dodgy but that may have been bad luck or timing. The only real down side was the weird window near the door to the room that let the hallway light in all night every night. Apart from that I would recommend this place if youre in Tarlac for a day or two.
