Husband and I stayed here for our wedding night. So loved the location despite the rainy eve. It was a 10-15min ride to SM Aura. Room was so spacious and the staff gave us a complimentary cake. We had our dinner at the resto, enjoyed the sinigang very much. We had an exclusive use of the pool and sauna since we were the only ones there. Overall it was a great choice.

This place is amazing. The staff provide a great customer experience.The staff truly make this place. They give a welcoming atmosphere to its guests. Each day I was greated with good morning, welcome home. The staff are super friendly!The food is great, alongside the room service and again the staff that deliver the room service. Class and elegance are two words that describe Ascott. It combines minimalism and glam. The wood and glass finish of the lobby and main halls are outstanding.

It is just amazing here. Its the type of room that you will live in forever. The room we got so spacious and it can even accomodate up to 6 people. The free breakfast was a welcome surprise too. If I am coming back to BGC soon, I will surely put Ascott on top of my accomodation options.

The Best Hotel in Metro Manila the staff;.Bryan, Albert, Bijhay, Dude, Cyd, Voltaire, MJ, Princess, Sana, Rowena, Maverick (supervisor) and Chef Johnny Rodriguez.made a huge difference to the place. We felt we were home. Scotts was the best thing that happened to Ascott! Well done guys! Keep it up! More power. We would definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Id like to personally recommend Ascott and its crew for the superb service! I was really in for a surprise. The valet service is very convenient. If you will take notice of my googles reviews, I give heavy reviews on valet service of establishments that I had went to and apparently, Ascott offers a very convenient valet service. And if you did check in at Ascott, the valet is free but please do make sure upon check out, the front office person validates your ticket.One of the things I would like to give commendation on is the check in process. My check-in time was early (2 hours early) and the front office person understood the urgency. The person was able to provide a room right away. We were then given 2 key cards.I booked for a 1 bedroom Executive room and the room is absolutely majestic. (Please see photos)Our luggages were then brought by Mr. R. Mr. R politely introduced himself. He walked us through all the amenities in the room.I went straight to the bathroom and found Loccitane bath amenities. You will find in my uploaded photos their very sleek designed bathroom.I personally think Ascott is a wonderful place to consider when planning on a staycation for a day or two. Honestly, there are so many things to do here... Get a massage by the pool or in your own room, relax at the sauna, get your fitness together at their fully equipped gym center, dip into their hot tub, or just experience the infinity pool, which is absolutely perfect for sunset or night swimming.Here are some of their superb services and ultimate conveniences:- Laundromat (yeap inside your own room)- Laundry service- concierge- luggage storage- dry cleaning- safety deposit boxIf you are the active parent and would like to brings your lil kiddos, Ascott is definitely kid-friendly as this place also offers a playground, kids swimming pool, kids club, and babysitting service (yup perfect for dads and moms out there who would like to have few drinks by Ascotts poolside bar. I did hangout by the pool but I was so consumed by the information being provided to me by the pool guy who shared delightful stories!Seriously, GREAT STAFF! I enjoyed everyone.. really. This is a great place to stay in BGC. It’s location is great, the views of BGC are wonderful, the staff are really amazing and take their time to get to know you. The food at breakfast is great as it has both breakfast and dinner food which is perfect as I work during the nights so breakfast time at the hotel is my dinner. Rooms are large and comfortable. The swimming pool and gym are a bit small but are adequate for the number of people that use them.

The Ascott is really a beautiful and luxurious hotel in BGC. This residence is perfect for business traveler. The ambiance of the place is really good plus it is centrally located in the heart of BGC. What I love about it is that the people are friendly and the service is really prompt. They also have a spacious gym, a lap pool, a kids play area and a sauna which I love. The L’Occitane toiletries is something you need to try.

Love this hotel. I have been visiting the Philippines for many years for work and a few years ago I decided to stay at the Ascott in BGC. It was the first week they opened and I immediately fell in love with this hotel. Several years later I truly consider this my home away from home.The rooms are amazing. This isn’t your ordinary hotel room, it’s more like a private condo with all the amenities of a high end hotel. I normally stay in an executive one bedroom which includes a comfortable living room, a small dining room which I use as my office, and a kitchen. They even have an all in one washer dryer unit which I use every time I stay here.The first time I stayed here they had a very small selection for breakfast, but that has changed completely since. The breakfast is of the highlights of the Ascott so make sure you choose a rate which includes breakfast. It’s AMAZING!!!!! So many selections and they treat you like a king. I normally get a freshly cut mango, fresh watermelon juice and a wonderful cappuccino. Made to order omelet and a myriad of other dishes from multi nationalities.The fitness center and pool areas are further highlights at the Ascott. The fitness center is now open 24x7 which is phenomenal. The pool is really nice you can do laps or just relax in the hot tub. A pool side bar defies drinks and there is even a nice little kiddie pool for the little ones.Located right across from the new Philippines stock exchange and within a brisk walk to High Street makes this hotel a perfect location if you need to stay in Global City (Taguig).Everyone who works at this hotel is super friendly a shout out to Faye who takes really good care of me at breakfast and Janine my house keeper who is so sweet and makes sure my room is always spotless.I have never written such a long review and I normally do not like seeing very long reviews but I felt in this case it was necessary.I wish other hotels would learn some lessons from the Ascott because they truly know how to make their guests fee right at home.

Excellent location in BGC and its near major shopping malls and parks

Its one of mandatory quarantine facilities on BOQ lists for COVID-19.This hotel was my quarantine facility. Its high class, beautiful, clean and safe. Also with good quality and nice service.If you have enough budget, its a really nice choice for you to have a great mandatory quarantine facility.Also I feel thankful to BOQ, PCG, PRC and other related Philippines government departments. They try their best to protect all people here in Philippines and avoid more people get COVID-19 infection, no matter they are foreigners or Pinoy.

Overall the place and people were very nice. The only hitches were the following:- I booked for 3 people but the cost for the 3rd person was not part of the cost emailed to me. Upon check-in, that is when I was advised that I had to pay for the 3rd person separately even if I clearly stated that there would be 3 adults in the room.- I had to ask for the roll away bed, towels, etc even after I had already paid for the 3rd person- the room description was 1 bedroom but it was essentially a studio with a sofa on the side- the air conditioning was not very cool even after engineering checked it out.

We were invited for the hotels Christmas Tree Lighting last week and we had a great experience .Hotel staff are courteous and accommodating.

It was great because warm welcoming on arriving, great service and effort put in. Always greeting and professional, the breakfast was great as it had changes everyday. Really spacious room and great view and atmosphere. Thank you for your hospitality.

W hotelu siłownia, sauna i basen. Apartament dobrze wyposażony - płyta indukcyjna, mikrofalówka, pralko-suszarka, naczynia, deska do prasowania. Niestety żelazko miało uszkodzony termostat i wypaliło mi dziury w dwóch ubraniach, a pod prysznicem znalazłam nieswoje włosy. Poza tymi dwoma minusami nie mam zastrzeżeń.

The rooms layout was excellent. there was enough space in the living room/dining area for the entire family 8 to hang out. food at the coffee Shoppe however needs upgrading.

Cleanliness and clean feel. Like the interior design. It doesn’t look cheap. Don’t like that it’s only valet parking option for guest.

A quiet hotel that feels like home. Very clean rooms with friendly professional hotel staff. Good location too with its entrance in a not-so-busy section of BGC.

Place was spacious although maybe because of the pandemic, their chambermaids were few which means slower in cleaning your suite.

It was a nice experience. We had a nice view of BGC from our room. This is pur second time to stay in this hotel and as usual, hotel staff are courteous and the service is fast and efficient, amenities are complete, breakfast is also ok. We can not wait for our next stay!

We always liked staying at this property because of the superb location and amazing customer service. However for this particular stay, i was shocked by the way the night customer service (Paulo) wrongly accused us of being noisy. The fact of the matter is, i was already getting ready for bed and my daughter was already sleeping. The customer service team should have, as part of protocol, sent a security team to validate the complaint instead of accusing me that i was noisy over the phone. I had to call the team 3 times to send the security to validate the noise but no one came. I was almost begging them to apologize because they cannot just accuse a guest without proper check. So imagine my surprise to see that the noise was apparently coming from the party next door. Validate your story first and get the facts straight. Your initial call was very rude and unapologetic. Please teach your night staff proper rules and set of conduct. This will ruin your brand for sure.

Pleasant stay. Well located.. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is equipped with a decent washing machine/dryer, Friedge/freezer, nespresso machine, dishes, pans and cutleries.. Basically everything you expect from a furnished apartment.. Very friendly staff.. The only downside for me was the very uncomfortable smoking area in basement 3 but this may not a problem for most of you nonsmokers..

I booked a premiere one bedroom unit but was upgraded to two-bedroom. The check-in process was fast and efficient. The room was clean and complete with amenities. We will definitely go back!

I love this hotel. Rooms are huge. Comfy bed and pillows. The kitchen is beautiful with all the essentials. Breakfast are ok. Wish we stayed longer.

I have stayed here a few times and we loved it so much we even got married there. Great location being in BGC and great staff. Amazing rooms and incredible bathrooms.

The room and hotel had everything we needed for a super comfortable stay. The location is superb! The breakfast buffet is great. The staff are all extremely welcoming and helpful.

Always a pleasant stay. Location is walking distance from High Street and Burgos Circle. Amenities inside the room make it suitable for long stays for business - washer and dryer, kitchen, ironing board, etc. Hotel facilities also pretty complete. Left some stuff behind accidentally and the staff was kind enough to report, organize and keep until I could retrieve them.

Doormen. The concierge. My hats off to you !! You are doing a great service to all. One of the doormen went out of his way to look for a cab which we both never found. We had a huge room that included a separate sala and kitchen. Perfect weekend place for us. A bday cake awaited me on the table since it was my special day when we checked in. There is a coffee dispenser at the pantry. Wifi was fast & furious. Elevator was too. Very near Bonifacio High Street for your shopping & dining needs. Bfast was quite disappointing for the price of the room we got. Staff is courteous & helpful. -

For the price we paid, the afternoon staff at the front desk could have been friendlier. Everyone else in the hotel was relatively better but overall did not feel very welcome there.

I had the pleasure to stay at the Ascott for close to 4 months now and have truly been amazed at the service I have received time and time again. I had the chance to move to another hotel down the st. The grand Hyatt but the service here is unparalleled, from the moment you walk in Les who is professional in all aspects makes you really feel at home and even in one instance when I was sick was able to personally deliver some fruit to my room. That is something cannot get elsewhere. As well as Patrice in the front desk always helpful and kind with a smile to any request, to the breakfast people Shaan MJ and Ellie were amazing always saying hi and knowing what you like and asking about your day. To room cleaning service who I truly felt had the best cleaning person Kheesy always made sure the room was to the tip top shape and even you would expect for over 4 months for something to be not to standard but never was, always a superb job. All of these factors make the stay at Ascott one of the best services in any industry able to get. Definitely a recommended place to stay will not be disappointed

Poor reservation procedure. A guest we booked was denied due to incorrect registration of name. Similar sounding of name was not considered. The standard procedure of getting the contact details of the person who made & paid the reservation was not followed thus they cannot verify. It was the guest who made effort to contact his host about the mishap.When the front desk was confronted, never ending justification was offered which made the apology insincere. Worst, the call made by the host to clarify the incident was suddenly cut off without ending the complaint on a good note. How the call was cut is irrelevant. The employee should have called back to close the issue on a good note.To Ascott BGC, please improve your reservation procedure and complaint handling. As a service provider, you should know that a complaint is a gift for you to further improve your service. Please teach your employees that so they would know how to handle a complaint effectively.

For a high-end serviced hotel, this place seems to be lacking in decorum for its staff. Its always annoying to see foreigners getting top service while Filipino patrons are shooed away from the bars before closing time and lobby staff do not call the room when the delivery is there. All in all its probably not the hotels fault per se but Filipino staff should treat fellow Filipinos just as good as foreign guests.

Having stayed in Seda BGC as well, the service at Ascott BGC seems a long way off. Feels like they only want to squeeze you for more money. Very impersonal service.

We had a meeting at the 2nd floor restaurant the finger food was super delicious I had spicy chicken sandwich the serving were more than enough for two then wash down with lemonade top with someone soda water one experience Ill never forget as staff were all courteous from parking attendant all the way to desk clerk in the lobby. The location made it easy to find good retaurants nearbye. The place was neat. I hope they have a promo to make it more affordable. The breakfast menu is provided by the famous International Chef Magarita Fores. The restaurant is by Cibo and again the wait staff was great. Cant wait to go back.

Od tygodnia mieszkamy w apartamencie typu studio. Apartament jest przyjemny. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia oraz rewelacyjna łazienka. Łóżko dosyć twarde, ale to zależy kto co lubi.Nie ma pilota do klimatyzacji co w takim hotelu o takim standardzie myślę, że jest szczególnie w nocy problemem. Trochę małych usterek typu nie działający telefon oraz lampka na biurku. Nie uzupełniają kosmetyków, zestawu typu kawa-herbata. Trzeba się upominać a mimo to i tak nie doniosą. Nie sprzątają sami z siebie podłóg. Śniadania są na bardzo niskim poziomie. Na własne oczy widziałam, jak brudną filiżankę przetarli tylko ręcznikiem i dali nowemu gościowi. W ofercie śniadaniowym można zamówić kawę oraz świeży sok- oczywiście dowiedziałam się to od znajomych, którzy byli wcześniej, obsługa nie raczyła nas powiadomić . A na prośbę o świeży sok kelnerka chciała się wykręcić przesłodzonym napojem- przykre. Obsługa tragiczna, na herbatę czekaliśmy ponad 15 min gdzie praktycznie sala była pusta. Na prośbę o cokolwiek, kelner szedł sobie gdzieś i robił wszystko dookoła tylko nie obsługiwał gościa. Trzeba było dwa lub trzy razy upominać.Na prośbę o kawę z mlekiem dostałam mleko lekko zabarwioną kawą, która do tego była zepsuta ;) Dobre są tylko jajka przygotowane w różny sposób przez kucharza. Chociaż zdarzyło się pomylić zamówienie :) A kawę radzę zamawiać przy barze, bo tam przygotowana jest bardzo dobra.Jeżeli chcecie przyjechać w grupie, radzę rezerwować pokoje na tym samym piętrze. Kartka- klucz upoważnia tylko do wjechania na piętro waszego pokoju. Oznacza to, że jak chcecie odwiedzić kogoś na innym piętrze, musicie zjechać na sam dół do recepcji i ona Wam zamawia windę.Moja ocena to trzy gwiazdki, ponieważ stosunek jakość do ceny jest znacznie poniżej normy. Ładny wystrój to nie wszystko, a w szczególności dla europejczyka.

Its was quite good, neat and clean place

We have stayed at ASCOT Makati before and know what to expect. The BGC Ascot is much newer and more modern. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Its is very good. Large rooms including master bedroom bathroom. I found the bed a little bit firm and not as comfy as other chains, but still fine. Breakfast is standard hotel fare.Staff are well trained and very courteous.We will stay again.

When you are in Ascott, it seems like you are not in Manila but in a somewhere place, afar. The entrance and the lights are so elegant. I like how they play sexy music in comfort rooms. Amazing!
