So I dropped Jollibee at market market branch , ordered my food and the lady on the counter said something like add ons which is dko narinig NG malinaw so I said Im sorry? she answered total is ₱₱₱. ₱₱ I said may sinabi ka e, then Sabi nya peach mango pie pla maam. I said no oordern ko un if Id like. Pero Sabi ko ganun ba Yun if d kita narinig knowing that we are wearing face mask and face shield. I wonder Ms. Cherry Saga.

Place has a lot of people even in early morning hours. Lots of seats but lots of people too so its not easy to seat here especially if youre alone.

The restaurant is too warm, that the customer is so uncomfortable to eat their warm meal too.I asked one of the crew named Lisa to at least make a way to let the customer feel cold.. and turn on the air con.. but unfortunately they didn’t do anything.. and even don’t come back to us to let us know if it’s broken or what?! So we are irritated eating our meal.I hope you could do something on this.. this is some everyday problem that the customer may encounter,Jollibee is one of the famous fast food restaurant but being famous means being loved by customers.. by today I don’t like eating in market market while the crew is not attending on customers needs.

Crowded but will always love the food.
