Just ate here. Place seems decent however, comments from other reviews regarding customer service seems to be valid. The crew barely smiles at all so that kind of downs the atmosphere.Pretty neat thing though is that they now have these touchscreens where you pick your order and pay at the cashier or just pay via credit card (Mastecard or Visa) or Paymaya physical card.Compared to the other jollibee thats closer to St. Lukee, this place is smaller so at peak hours, you might not be able to find a table to dine in.

Poor customer service! Im next on queue and it takes me ALMOST 15 MINS standing there waiting for my turn. I can understand if the person before me has a lot of order but no he has just like 1 meal ordered. Definitely not gonna buy food here again.

I visited Jollibee twice this month. Im actually very impressed with their service. First was when I went straight to BGC after my Chinatown stint and boy, was I ravenous. I ordered a value meal that came with an iced tea. While the cashier was still assembling my meal, she placed the iced tea first on my tray. I felt so parched that I took a sip of my drink while waiting. My hands were quivering a little bit (maybe because of hunger) that the cup accidentally slipped from my hands. The staff almost got splashed due to my clumsiness. I apologized profusely since I made a mess of her workstation. I just requested for a glass of water and continued to apologize. She reassured me that everything was fine and said that shell gladly replace my iced tea. Im happy with how the staff handled this little mishap. Good call. The second time I visited, a waiter offered to carry my tray (maybe he realized that the klutz returned, LOL). Loving the service here. Kudos to Jollibee.
