Bangus meals are served best with Japanese garlic rice apparently! Good food here, maybe will come back for coffee next time hhahah

Delicious pastry selection. Ordered the pistachio sans rival and a decaf sea salt caramel latte. Both were exceptionally good. The cake had just the right amount of sweetness that paired well with the salty-sweet latte. Service was ok too. Great place for dates and hang outs

Im just forced to give one star because this is the lowest in this app. Had it been my way, it should be zero. The staff are very rude and they discriminate their customers. They even have an area supposedly for VIPs but not clearly marked. When you sit in this area a staff will unceremoniously make you leave in that area using the most condescending and insulting voice. And dont even bother talking to their manager because there will be no effort to rectify the mistake. The manager will not even ask for an apology in behalf of their staff. Clearly rudeness and crass behavior is the culture prevailing this store. My recommendation is to run away as fast as you could from this store. Avoid it like its the plague.

Usually I love other UCC park cafe/s. But not sure if that day, if they (staff) were just nitpicking on this branch when they just bluntly told us that theyre not allowing to bring in any other drinks (Im definitely holding another drink from another place, but its still sealed on top and not planning to drink it there. As we intend to take brunch here at UCC, and my preferred drink is what I intend to consume after the said brunch then Im headed somewhere else; and that other drink is no longer available or accessible to where Im going after. So, thats why Im holding another drink. Nevertheless, we ordered food and drinks at the place. I guess, it would be better not to assumed on what the customers wanted to have simply based on what they are carrying. Or probably, a better approach from the staff etc. Anyway, food is always good at UCC. This feedback is only for this specific experience at this branch.

Ambiance is great. Coffee choices are excellent.

I would have given them a perfect 5 but the service attentiveness was a fail. The service crew does not look around and check with the customers needs. I hate to snap my fingers or clap to get a service crews attention, but that was the only way to get them to stop talking to one another and pay attention to their customers. This is not a big place where its hard to see that customers need service. Food and drinks are pretty good and tasty.

Coffee is good. Its a bit pricey though.

Opposite my place, great food and nice staff

The coffee here is great. A different process in preparation. The price is on the high side than most popular coffee shops. They have different types of meals from breakfast to dinner. They are prepared well and fresh. I love to have breakfast here if the oppurtunity happens. Meeting people here is great because the seats are not cramped together that you tend to lose your privacy if ever. Since this ucc was in rockwell 1 parking is readily available and the walk to the cafe is no more than 10m to 20m only.

As with all UCC, they have good food, great service, and great coffee. It may be a tad expensive but its definitely value for money. For UCC Clockwork, I just dont understand why they have conflicting statements on why one we couldnt use one of the second floor tables. Initially we were told that it was reserved, which obviously wasnt as we were there for a little over an hour and a half for dinner and the said table still havent been taken. Another is that when a few new guests requested for the same table, they were told something else. They were told that the table had some sort of minimum consumable requirement for use. A third batch of guest were then told that it was the owners table and were escorted to another table. I wish that theyd be more honest about why that table isnt available for use. We hate being lied to in our faces. Its a good thing they had very good service, but it still isnt okay being lied to in your face. One star point for that.

My too sweet coffee problem was been solved.. Loved the coffee frappe..and cake..if you got lucky you can have your favorite cake + free coffee.. Just check their cake of the day!! .. Got a new hang out place!

Expensive but very good food and coffee

Service is okay here, staff very strict about using the private area upstairs be careful not to sit there without asking or making reservations. Use the service button located on the table menu stand to get their attention .

Horrible instant tasting unfresh beans gimmick using a syphon and charge you alot.. seafood salad look at shrimp tempura It took me a 10 min to find where that little krill was just whole alot of batter!! Horrible service....
