Gave me donut packaging (didnt know at that time) for coffee and when i was walking the handles tore off and the cups of coffees dropped on the floor. 2 stars because ladies at reception were at least courteous even if one of them placed the cups of coffees on such a weak container. Didnt ask for a refund because i was on a rush.

So far staff are always kind. Foods and drinks are great! Special thanks to the SGs who always open the doors for their customers! keep up the good service

Awesome place to have coffee, smoothies, other drinks, doughnuts, sandwiches, etc. Bagel is a must-try.Meetings or simple hangouts are very welcome in this place because of their free wifi and comfy lounge.Prices are cheaper compared to other leading coffee shops in the country and the best part, its open 24hours! They also have other branches. Check online.They also accept credit and debit cards for payment.Parking is a bit far.Minor suggestion to the mgt:Please keep the toilet always clean.

This branch of Tom Hortons is located outside of the venice mall entrance. This canadian brand has embraced the Philippines by slowly adding more branches. This place is very spacious and has a nice ambience. Got the famous Iced Coffee and Peach Garden teajito both are recommended, you may partner it with some timbits, their version of mini doughnut balls.

Everything is sweet Crowd from BPO and Korean school tends to be loud at night. The coffee shop didn’t even bother to play music to mask the coffee shop chatter. Overall its still a good alternative over Starbucks.

This was ones a very good branch but currently I don’t feel that much welcome specially if the employees never smile. Its so sad, I miss the good old days of this branch. For more welcoming and smiling employees do try to visit Burgos Circle Branch. The best branch for me so far.

I use to live in Toronto Canada (also known as T.O. for anyone who has lived there) and UPNY, so Im very familiar with the brand. Coffee was good, so was the grilled cheese sandwhich. The Crispy Chicken sandwhich was just meh. Nothing to write home about or praise on Google Maps. 1 Star deduction was for the tasteless Boston Cream donut. It was as if I put a piece of cardboard in my mouth. There is no place for this poor quality representation for such an amazing creation such as the Boston Cream. Gone are the days when Tim Hortons actually made their donuts IN their stores. People of the Philippines! Hear me!! You deserve a better Boston Cream donut experience!

Not quite fully packed compared to other cafes which is good. You can settle in as you work or study. TH coffees are a favorite!

Open 24 hours and has relatively cheap, decently tasty coffee. This has been my go to cafe for studying for years now.

Great coffee, pastries and ambiance. The branch in McKinkey Hills also provide a good place to hold meeting. It is quiet, has comfy couches, and great scenery.

Nice and friendly staff The place gets frequent visits by people from nearby offices looking for a quick bite and to satisfy their caffeine fix or simply to chill after office hours. My fave orders: Hazelnut Iced Capp Supreme and freshly baked Apple Fritters!

Iced coffee is my fave here. They are also open 24 hours so if you work around the area you still get to enjoy great coffee and sandwiches during wee hours. Great place too for quick meetings or get-together

Tuna panini was good for those who can stand the strong taste of Tuna. Cheese panini was better. Good thing was they are using Halal cheese in them. We could not appreciate the stark taste of iced coffee and hot chocolate.

I like their drinks and sweets.. You also have an option about how much sugar you want for your drink which is good for me..

Tim Hortons has some tried and true items on their menu, from their classic donuts to their breakfast sandwiches. If you are a regular there like a lot of Canadians are, then you are very familiar with their menu, maybe even bored with what they have to offer.

Food is good. They have a variety of food not just coffee. And the serving is huge. Love their steak and cheese panini

The location is perfect for employees within the area, and also near the Venice Grand Canal Mall.Service is the best as theyll let you know when their Iced Coffee isnt sweetened by the usual and will opt to offer a substitute instead.Timbits are a bit bland for my taste, and or at times way to sweet.

Was really looking forward to try Tim Hortons here in the Philippines cause me and friends used to have our coffee break in TH Doha. It was so disappointing cause the girl in the cashier isn’t friendly, she’s not attentive and kept talking to her fellow staffs while taking our orders. Will never go back there for coffee

Good food, coffee was bland rather disappointing for hazelnut. Also honestly, of you dont want someone to stay long despite ordering a full meal, you dont need to turn the a/c on full blast when theres noone around. Its a coffee shop for petes sake, its meant for people to relax and linger. Its not even loaded with people. Cafe takes pride on having sockets and wifi but wifi is just for 1 hour, and all sockets (4) save for 1 doesnt work. Really quite disappointing given the brand.

As a Canadian.. When i saw Timmies in Manila, I was like.. WWHHHAAATT!!! I really feel like im home..

We ordered 2 Hazelnut Fraps and a Cofee Jelly Frap, their coffees and service are 10 times better than any other Starbucks . This is no wonder when I get there , I saw multitudes of people in their counter because of their best tasting coffee and customer service .
