最近のマクドナルドという感じ。自分でスクリーンでオーダーしてお金払って順番が来たら自分で取りに行くタイプ。この日は人が多すぎてテイクアウトした。なんかえらいカメラやら多いなぁと思ったら今日はたまたま映画かドラマかなんかの撮影をしていた。担当の女の子がありえないほど綺麗だった。多分マクドナルドで働いたこともない人だろうけどスクリーン操作をそれなりにアシストしてくれた。ボニファシオならこういう撮影に出くわすことなんかもよくある。でもカウンターでオーダーしてからクルーが持ってきてくれる古いタイプのほうが正直こっちは楽だからそっちのほうがいい。マクドナルドは人が多いのでけっこう待たされるし。

Place is beautiful, newly renovated to their NEXGEN version. Great place to dine in BGC, located near S&R and St. Lukes. Open 24 hours, service is great, staffs are attentive and friendly.

People in this branch have brain problems. Everytime I order here through grabfood they love not completing the orders!!!

We ordered our food thru foodpanda. The instructions was there but the cashiers did not follow it. It was clearly indicated in our order that the drinks should be sprite but they gave us coke. We also requested for extra ketchup and less ice but they did not follow the instructions. I doubt that they havent read it because the order with instructions is printed alongside with the receipt when the food was delivered to us.

I think the staff have brain problems. They ALWAYS get the order wrong. ALWAYS. They never ever give you exactly what you ordered.

I love McDonalds but tonight was a disaster. Food took forever, about 20 orders were in process, worse part was cold food. :(

Good location, but slow service. They even serve first the order of the second person behind me whereas we have the same order. Disorganized and poor ventilation, no aircon.

I think this is one of the slowest branch of McDonalds in terms of service. There is a lot of crew behindnthe coumter but it takes so long to serve. Compared to the branch in Bench tower whose service is quicker.

They just renovated and now theyre a NXTGEN store. Now NXTGEn may be the future of fastfood, but this branchs service is still in the Jurassic Age. Took them long enough to serve fried chicken meals -- all of 30 minutes, maybe more. Could not even request chicken parts. I specifically asked for leg and thigh for my kids meals and they tell me after I paid that they ran out those parts already -- theyre left with just ribs and wings. And we were there for lunch, mind you. So they like ran out of the most popular parts (drumstick, thighs) even before lunch time???? Cmon. Talk about logistical and planning problems. Theyve been around for so long and they still cant get their act together. The just dont know what food moves and what does not. Sad.

Ambience is good but can get a bit crowded during the lunch rush (11am - 2pm). If you plan on waiting for someone you can sit outside. One of the few McDonalds I have been with a lot of sitting space outside.Food is typical mcdonalds but you can get your coffee/dessert fix as they have a McCafe area.

McDonalds at 32nd is a great budget alternative if you need an internet connection but dont want to spend exorbitant amounts for expensive coffee. Its also open 24 hours; perfect for that late night code jam.

Perfect place for breakfast after running, jogging at BGC on weekends. Free newspaper. Restroom needs improvement.

Really slow service. Food was cold. Service was sub-par. It is not the staffs fault. It is poor management, and poor training. The managers should take more pride in their restaurants and how their staff is trained and provides service. It is a reflection of them.

McDonalds 5th corner 32nd in bgc.. Food are good as usual but the service of this branch is so poor they dont care for the long line of their customers. Good location and the store is spacious but very poor service.

They delivered flaky butter?? They also didn’t give me utensils and cancelled my first order.

Yes this is one of the best mcdo outlet Ive yet come to. Ample and free parking. Imagine free parking In BGC. The staff is wonderful and kudos to the store manager maam Mia. I didnt get her last name but she was just great. Wonderful.

Service is not that fast, unless you opt to claim your meals yourself.

Verity is less else good.

Foods are really great. Sundae is really a must try.Staffs are approachable and friendly.

The place to go for a quick snack! I will always go back to Mcdonalds for their addicting coffeee. They serve food fast and their staff are always eager to assist customers. :)
