The food was pretty good. Loved the salted egg prawns, mashed potato, laksa , the manila creamery icecream and so on. Couldve been better if the lobster portions were bigger along with the quality of beef in the steak area. :)

We had the Eastern High Tea.. Selection of savoury and sweets are pleasant.. My favourite was the macaroons and I like the blueberry tea..Place was cosy but a good music playing could have made our afternoon tea better.. But over all, service is excellent and we enjoyed our treats

Cheesecake and coffee are good desserts that serve sugar. I joined a free membership. I will come more often.

It is an excellent venue to conduct business meet-ups, as there is ample space between counterparts seated and more importantly, generous space between tables. The music, even live performances, are never intrusive enough to be distracting but do provide a tasteful premium atmosphere.It is my preferred venue. The fare is good too, I should say.

Comfortable place to work in the afternoons if you sit as far away from the piano as possible. The desserts are deadly!

High tea was fine but for some reason they dont want to give drinking water. It took 6 times to finally get some.

Delicious breakfast. Good for family & couple breakfast. I visited this place three times. Very nice ambience. The place smells good. They offer several Filipino breakfast like tapa, tocino, a couple of pancit type. They also offer chinese food like siomai, hakaw & other steamed food. They also have american food like bacon, ham, fried potatoes. Their taho is best! They have several types of bread. They also have cereals for kids. Several fresh juice. They got cheese as well. I like their brie cheese a lot. I prefer going to this place on a weekday. I tried here last Sunday & theres a lot of people.

The place is so serene, the music on point, and the staff always goes the extra mile to get me food items not on the menu!

Love it when when I go here with my friends. After a stressful day at work, a drink is perfect for relaxation. The staff is also very helpful whenever you need anything.

Rrallu loved the snack selections here. Everything went well with each other. The drinks were really well made and very innovative as well.

I cant understand the availability of some dishes. Had our eyes on Spicy Makimono and their signature ramen but opted to order sliders, greens and club sandwich cause apparently, the ramen & makimono are not yet available.5mins after we started eating, lo and behold, a hot ramen is out of the kitchen straight to another table. Pfft.

Basically everywhere else in BGC sucks for working. Unreliable WIFI being the main issue as businesses here are too cheap to pay for decent Wifi. Shang Ri la is a quality controlled environment, with great staff and blazing fast WIFI. Recommended for people looking for a good working environment.

Like the options. Hope they change the magazine menu style for something that looks better.

High Street Lounge - Shangri-La at the Fort is the place to be if you are just looking for a place to chill with your friends. You can never go wrong with any of their teas.

Perfect chillout place on fri and sat 9pm-12am

Club Sandwich with truffle fries are really good. They also serve a mean gin and tonic.
