Kid friendly. Their food is reasonably priced. Beautiful and delicious.

The Al Fresco area was superb. Had the chance to see a family of free-roaming Philippine Macaques up close in the trees. Food was OK but nothing fancy.

It was a wonderful stay. Staff were so helpful and accomodating.One comment though, the hotel should add more staff.Sometimes there is no one in the reception to answer calls or to attend to guests inquiries.

The best ang place! Kita kita ang Taal Lake. The view is perfect while drinking. Dont forget to bring your jacket. The only thing that I dont like about the place is the spiral staircase going to the attic. Baka di ka na makababa pag lasing ka na But overall, its perfect for any events.

Its okay. We got the attic room because there was a balcony overlooking the taal. But the door to the balcony was shut from the outside, or at least was so hard to push and it wont budge. The noise from adjacent rooms, even from those on the lobby, can be heard from the room. Lacks sound proofing I guess. Using the spiral staircase was a bit exciting, but too taxing when youre carrying stuff up to or down from the room.

If you are just looking for a room to stay for a good night sleep, then this is for you. Dont expect for a pool or a gym or a spacious hotel grounds. The walls are thin esp on the level floor room where the resto and piano area are located, so you can hear the noise, children screaming, footsteps etc.

Night rides/bulalo rides, with my co-worker, the objective is to see the trail of lights in crosswind tagaytay, but apparently it was temporarily close. Decided to go to Bulalo Point, but it was already close, as per staff most of the resto in tagaytayn is till 8pm only. So we decided to fin resto, fortunately we found villa ibarra were they offered bulalo

The spicy chicken adobo was great will be back for more.

Ukoy was good. Crispy Pata was small and the kare kare contained very little meat, more tripe.Staff were friendly but not attentive. We had to knock on the kitchen door twice to find the wait staff.It was just OK.

I didnt stay at the hotel but has lunch there. I food I ordered, Beef Caldereta and Pinakbet were very good. Only few places can make them as good. Service was fast and people were efficient. Interior design though need better taste.

Its my second time here, coordinating a wedding. Staff are so warm, food is the best and place is so cool. Glad they put a tent/roof at the garden area. Kudos.

Nice and accommodating staff, overlooking taal volcano

The view is amazing. Its a bit inconvenient that theres only one hotel keycard so you cant leave another card inside the room to keep the fridge from turning off. Breakfast is okay. Just one plated meal, not buffet. The smell of the vicinity is quite bad ( it smells like poop in one of the balconies) so I was not able to take photos in the area. Location is okay, 5 minutes drive from stores, banks.

Me and my group had several rooms for a one night stop over. The rooms were all different but clean. This hotel has a nice view of the lake in their patio also some rooms have private patios of the same view. The staff and security personnel were great. If you have cars I believe I saw parking for their guest or drivers in front. Breakfast was included for all the rooms we had. I would stay here again.

I was here just to attend a wedding reception, I dont know much about their facilities but the reception hall was nice with a great view of Taal Lake.

Clean sheets and all, but absolutely overpriced meals in a less than rustic setting. Stay for the minimal complimentary breakfast, but there are so many great options nearby for a great meal. Our stay at the Divine Suite was not so divine, as we could hear all the creaks from the ceiling (from suite above) and laughter (from suite beside) of our neighbours. Basically, not much better than an overpriced AirBnb, IMHO.

Our experience was splendid. I was with my family and some friends. The food is okay and the price is reasonable. The place itself is spectacular and the ambiance is perfectly relaxing. Their service is great especially because of their manager. The manager is very accommodating. She was able to provide great service. We are definitely impressed on how she deals with us and other guests. Fantastic GM/manager! She makes sure that everythings fine. However, we think that they should have more waiters in the bistro. Speed in the bistro is a little bit slow. But we really enjoyed our stay. My family loved it! Its also perfect for couples.

The place has a good set of complimentary breakfast options and you have breakfast with a view of Taal Lake and Volcano. The rooms are quite roomy and well maintained. The place also has balconies for beautiful views of Taal region.

I will not go back here unless I will get married again. This is only good for events. But not good as a hotel. The staffs are simply exhausted...

The hotel is good but the restaurant area does not have a exhaust. Thats why when they are cooking in the kitchen it smells in the dinning are.

Nice view of tje Taal Volcano. Could be better if it was a high-ceiling venue for events. Parking is first come-first serve basis.

Hot water system isnt good.

So disappointed about the high price and low service.Maybe for wedding photoshoot is a good place .Not a good place for vacation.
