This place is perfect lunch spot on a rainy Saturday. Weve always passed it but never tried. Im glad we did. The inihaw na maliputo is a must, perfectly paired with bagong balayan. Also try their Laing Na hipon and for appetizer, the eggplant poque poque did not disappoint. Well definitely be back.

Tootsies has a very good breakfast...Prices are actually more than reasonable for the area...We are making the place a family traditional stop whenever staying in Tagaytay. Has a nice atmosphere.

Overpriced mediocre food. Halabos na hipon that seems like buttered shrimp, and only 6 pcs for a main dish?!

Smorgasborg of choices of delicacies and pastries around Philippines. Heaven for those with sweet tooth and no sugar issues. I wish there are savory foods and.healthy type of food for the health conscious. Airconditioned and clean.

Oldie but goodie. Everything we ordered was good. The kare-kare stood out. The bulalo has a unique flavor. The prawns were fresh and almost perfectly cooked. The only negative thing is that the place needs some interior retouching. Parts of the ceiling are falling and the bathroom needs repair and/or renovation. Based on the food, I definitely want to come back.

Whatever happened to the old Tootsies? There were flies on the tables that seemed oblivious of the guests. Kansi was not available. Not much collagen in their bulalo, and as for the molo soup, proudly saying, mine is far better! The crispy bia was just daing. The pork belly crisps were bland and just crunchy. The dirty CR has reached my attention. In which case, I had to hold it till I reach my destination. My companions attested to it. They couldnt hold theirs. The overall look of the place was tacky and has seen better days. The waiters werent perky and ready to serve. As we left, I whispered to the waiter that their toilet needed attention, to which he replied that they couldnt do it as the guest kept coming in. My eyes started to roll around, in wonder and dismay. Its a pity you know, because it has been a landmark in a town where newer and better restos are providing better options.

Head waitress service was lousy from the beginning. Would not make an effort to prepare a table for 8 that we had to prepare our own table. Did not give us complimentary kropek, we had to ask for it. Would not even smile. The other 2 waiters (morena lady and guy) were okay.

Food was good. Loved the Balsamic salad (single size can still feed two). Liked the tawilis, husband ordered lechon kawali but the pork fat was thick than what he likes so he doesn’t recommend it. Dessert was leche flan (you’ll never get this wrong) and coffee (you can miss this, it’s weak and forgettable). There’s ample parking, the waitstaff courteous and place had a nice feel to it.
