Picture the perfectly decent Chinese food delivery you have in mind. This is it.The food has always been good, the staff are nice, and the delivery time is bizarrely fast. Sometimes they arrive before you hang up the phone! Its one of the best delivery options in the area that is consistently pleasant. You get a lot of food for the price too, especially with the combos.Im not affiliated with the restaurant.

I wish they were open on Sundays. Because West End Wok was closed tonight, we ordered from another Chinese restaurant in the area. This will not happen again. The food from West End Wok is so much better that it reveals the awfulness of other Chinese restaurants in the area.I cant specifically identify what they are doing that makes their food better, maybe the ingredients they use at West End are simply fresher, but regardless of the reason for their superior quality, West End is the best generic, reasonably priced, American style, Chinese food in the metro area.

Food very good and delivery was quick. The negative is that in the days of internet ordering they are not updating their website menu or honoring their advertised prices. He charged me and extra $5 for my 2 meals. The other issue is they only advertise 1 price (lower $) which is the partial order vice the full order meals. Lastly, the full size order combination on their website doesnt include the extras like soups etc that it clearly states comes with the plates. To me they are bringing you in with misleading prices and then tacking on extra costs while saying no they wont honor their own website.

The food was ok. You could tell the cook made my food in a rush and they didnt give me anything to eat my food with. I wont EVER eat here again and Im going to make sure tell everyone not to order or eat food from here. So disappointed.

Cheap food, good quality, lightening fast

The best sesame chicken I have had from a Chinese restaurant. Clean place, definitely one of the better Chinese restaurants I have been to, and I am a fan of Chinese food. I recommend it.
