Yesterday was my first time shopping at this store and it will be my last. Where to begin? First, good luck finding anyone to help you. I went past many checkout registers with no one there. I asked one lady for assistance and she quickly told me she doesn’t work for Macy’s. She just sorts the clothes. I picked a coat of a rack marked on sale $89, only to be rudely challenged about it by the cashier. She told me there’s no way I read the sign correctly. Overall, the staff left a bad impression with me. Their customer service was severely lacking. The only reason I gave it two stars is because my online pick up order was ready as promised and I managed to get a good sale on a different winter coat.

My mom and I have been Loyal Macy’s shoppers for years now and we always come to one in Springfield. We love shopping here! BUT The women’s restroom at this location is just horrendous! And has been for a very long time. The soap dispensers are always usually empty and it reeks of urine more and more Every time I visit! It is disgusting. What is going on Macy’s?!

Staff was not very friendly but its easy to find merchandise. No body was there to help u out for assist u if u need some thing. So far its neat and clean.

If your looking for the newest fragrance and great service...this is definitely the Macys to go too!!

Me siento triste saber la decisión que está tomando Macy’s Lamentable la despedida de Gisselle pena ella es una excelente empleada.es muy amable. Su actitud así a los clientes es única. Incluso en ocasiones e podido ver que los clientes hacer linia para hacer atendiéndos por ella.

I have been trying to call this location multiple times to get a simple question answered. Do they have petite maternity clothing? The first three times I called the womens department, I sat on hold for an average of ten minutes each time. I finally had to select a different department to speak to a person, however, when she tried to transfer me to a manager to get my incredibly simple question answered, the phone went quiet, yet I am still sitting on hold waiting to speak to someone. This is now the fifth time that I will be attempting to call them, and dollars to doughnuts, no one will answer the call.

Good trip. Wish the dressing rooms were open but they cant help that right now.

Its on the messy side. A lot of under organized sections with no real order other than the suit area. I was looking for jeans and Polos and it took a while to look through everything since its really scattered. Assistance is hard to find at times. (this is only the mens section)

Macys and clinque is taking a bad decisions on cutting employees specifically giselle because she is very kind and takes time with all of her customers , her being fired isnt justified especially in these times where jobs are limited

Was bale to find some beautiful things here. The problem was that I needed to walk all the way to the cashier and ask them to send someone to help. This took too long.
