Its very decent and nice hotel specially the location for being close to everything. Youll have the green views and calming sunset views. The food and room service is excellent too. Try it for yourself

We liked the property as it was located in the middle of everything like supermarket, malls, and restaurant.We don’t liked that the property had intermittent hot water in the bathroom and no bidet in the toilet. We get a Business Deluxe room and those are not the standard room amenities. The food in the restaurant are cold (only soup in the pot and coffe are hot).The staff are all friendly and nice.

Nice hotel. Spacious. Have bath tub and separate shower. Friendly staff. Come with extra pillows withoit need to request for. Just that the bed is a lil hard for me. Near to paseo outlet shop, plenty of food around. 7-11 is about 5min walk away. Have attached slot machine casino and bar.

The property is reasonably priced and in a good location. The staff have an excellent attitude and nothing is impossible for them to do for you. The menu is good and has a good variety each day. What is the only thing I could suggest as an improvement is if there was a swimming pool located at the hotel.

My sons really loved our room because it is spacious with 1 bedroom and 1 living room. But im a bit disappointed because in the booking confirmation, our room is supposed to be 2 king sized beds. The bidet in the cr is low pressurized. But those are all small things. Overall we enjoyed our stay plus the staff are all courteous and accommodating.

設備は全般的に老朽化を感じる。主観的だけど海外のホテルに泊まり慣れている人なら清潔感なども気にならないレベルだと思う。清掃もきちんとしている。カードキーでエレベーターを制御しているのでセキュリティーも安心。バスタブはあるがお湯は出なかった。シャワーの水圧も低い。排水も弱い。ウォシュレット無し。ハンドタイプのも無し。部屋は広く、窓も大きい、圧迫感が無くて良い。WiFiは普通のスピードが出る。有線もありモバイルルーターを使えば高速接続可能。ランドリーサービス。アイロン込みでTシャツがP55。高いよホテルから歩いて５分のモール内に洗濯屋があり、洗濯乾燥でP30/kg、基本は２営業日仕上がりだが頼めば翌日に仕上げてくれる。歩ける距離にモールと大きなスーパーもあるので日用品の入手には困らない。食事にも困らない。日本食材もそこそこ置いてる。ホテルのレストランも良い。２０１９年９月時点ではGrabCarは使えなかった（予約しても配車成立しない）。アラヤモールまではトライシクルで５分程度。P50ホテル内にカジノがあるが、がっかりカジノ。マシーンのみ。

The room was spartanly clean, had a nice view, with necessary amenities and very cozy. The place is very near outlet shops where you can buy branded things in discounted prices. It has a nice secured parking area too in the basement.

The choice of hotels in the Sta Rosa area close to the techno park are a bit limited. Seda dominates as the stand out but Paseo prem is the next and for the price difference its alright. It is a little dated but I was comfortable and had everything I needed at my disposal. Staff were friendly and provided sufficient service when required. The added benefit is that you are closer to a different set of established restaurants vs various chains in the Ayala area. Will use again

전체적으로 서비스는 괜찮은 편이다.필리핀은 영어권으로 대화도 크게 문제는 없다.다만 한국식 영어에 그들이 오히려 익숙지 않아 다소 불편하긴 했다.주변에 쇼핑몰이 있어서 끼니해결도 수월했다.다만,아마도 여자들은 기겁하지 싶은데,룸에 들어가 불 켜는순간 ㅋㅋ 나를 반기는 작은 바퀴벌레 한 마리.처음에는 잡으려고 했으나 어찌나 삶에 대한 집착이 강한지... 결국 나중여는 동거를 결심했다.주변에 경치도 좋고, 자연 바람도 좋고, 서비스도 좋았지만, 자연이 좋으면 언제나 벌레는 있기 마련것 같다.

We had our year-end party here. And I was disgusted with their comfort/toilet room. Not the kind you expect from a hotel that bears the name premiere. Poor cleanliness and one cant get enough privacy and convenience.

So close to paseo sa Santa rosa.... with spacious rooms,But it so sad theres no decent parking space, its just a street near the hotel, the buffet was so so....

Needs to improve on cleanliness in the restaurant. The water goblet smells fishy. Breakfast was not appealing. Very few choices. Coffee was not hot and seemed to be in the coffeemaker for hours. There were ants in the fruit jam. Parking slots are not enough to accommodate all guests vehicles. We had to park on the dark roadside. They called us up past 12 midnight to inform us that there was now a parking slot available in the basement. I would not recommend this to people I know.

The bed was super hard, bathroom shower was broken, had crappy tv service, cockroaches, the casino is super small and only accepts big bills, room service uses fake pictures of the food so when you order its not like the picture. Had to get another card for the room to keep the AC and fridge working. Overall it wasnt worth the money I spent

Hotel is beside a hospital.. my girl friend couldnt sleep.. it feels haunted.. the area feels like someone is watching her and poking her.. she doesent feel safe in the room.. ( she have no disability or anything ) and its her 1st time experiencing that. There is mall in front but its full of shoe stores only and many are still undergoing construction. The shuttle service to Enchanted Kingdom cost so much that if you get grab, its only less than 150 peso.. The hotel feels spooky and haunted... we got 2 rooms and 1 of the rooms didnt have hot water but was fixed instantly. Overall, we did not enjoy it and will not come back here.

The food was surprisingly good! The rooms show a lot of wear and tear but are clean. Hotel staff are very pleasant.

Food was satisfactory. Rooms were spacious. Getting right water temp was a bit challenging. Also, the toilet could use a bidet.

Comfortable n clean room. Great for business travellers to surrounding industrial parks.

The room was just fine, nothing spectacular. The mattress was soft, if that is important to you. Assistance from employees were also a bit slow and you have to wait for several minutes before they can attend to your needs.

A little disappointed for paying more and getting less for this room. Hotel staff is very nice. A real treat for me to be able to take a bath. The bathrooms are a generous size. The kids enjoyed the different surroundings. Its not worth the money to be honest. Breakfast buffet is not too bad compared to the similar price range hotel in ***ila.

Close to shopping mall in walking distance. a little noice from the Bar downstairs. Good chiose if you only need a place to stay for business.

The location is good for business travelers as it is close to several business parks in the area. Hotel rooms werent so bad but the shower knobs are not maintained and lose. Room is clean and orderly. The hotel offers great service to people. Most of the pubs have live bands in the weekends.

Its been a while since I stayed in a hotel that gave me a good hotel experience. The room itself is spacious. We did not ***age the noise even after trying every possible setting and we cant really turn it off because of the warm weather. The breakfast buffet was AWFUL.

It was just okay. We wanted to have a weekend off and we were able to achieve what we wanted to do.

It was my first trip to Santa Rosa and I wanted a conveniently located hotel near Enchanted Kingdom. There is a shopping mall across the street as well as many dining establishments within walking distance. The front desk was very friendly and extremely helpful in arranging day trips and transportation that made my vacation stress free and memorable.

Hotel is in an area where you do not have immediate access to local transportation. No jeroneys or tricycles are allowed in the complex it’s about a kilometer walk with your luggage. The hotel is nice

Verdict: Good location to stay if main consideration is the proximity to Laguna technopark. The price was very good for tourist season. From the moment we pulled up we felt taken care of. Carpet stains on the hallway was really disappointing. The floor of the shower was very slippery so be careful.

A good hotel. The breakfast at the hotel was okay, I ate there after running a full marathon, I ate a lot although I wouldnt say it was the best breakfast but they had quite a selection. Hotel rate is a bit pricy as well even if factoring a lot of things.

So Ill rate this hotel based on their function hall since that was the only place Ive went. The hall is okay since it can accommodate a hundred pax. However I hope they can use a tad brighter light than all yellow lights para hindi nakakaantok during seminars.

Nice place among malls and hospitality with a business industrial

This place needs renovation. We stayed in their penthouse and not really impressed. Limited toilet paper, windows are not clean and the bathroom smells like sewage. Also fixtures are not well kept.

Total Renovation needed.Supposed to stay for 5 nights, I ended up checking out after 3 nights.We never slept cause of the stinking smell of the bathroom (drainage), its like we were sleeping next to a canal. Even the hotel service people admitted that it does stink. They tried to fixed at the very late night , but did not work. Also, Leaking air conditioner on the wall.Buffet breakfast included but never worth it. Egg drop soup was served for 2 consecutive mornings, (left overs) obviously no one touched it, cause we cant taste any egg on it. Nothing but water broth.scrambled egg floating in cooking oil. And to top it all, a very slippery shower floor that cause me an accident. Guests safety should be their priority. Atleast, place a non slip floor mat. Wont recommend this place. Hotel staff are friendly.
