Shopping center for those who wants to save time and money.Big savings on RTW,home and office supplies, industrial goods and merchandize.Public transport were abundant.Public parking for private vehicles were always full.

Target mall has improved a lot since I first came here in 2011. You can play games or videoke at the 3rd floor, eat at Mang Inasal, Greenwich or Jollibee at the ground floor. Basement parking now cost 20pesos per entry. I rated this mall a 3 out of 5, because there are many pick-pocketers here. My cellphone was taken from my bag while I was shopping for blouses at the 2nd floor. It was quite crowded, that my bag was opened without me knowing. So please take care of your belongings when you visit this mall.

If you are looking for cheap rtws, shoes, gafgets or even eat at a budget price, this place is good for you.

Target Mall is like Divisoria. It is very unclean and there are lot of shops selling fake and illegal products. Ive been there a lot of times and Ive always had a friend who lost their phones because it was stolen. The ambience of Target Mall is not welcoming and you can feel that it is not safe. However, in Target Mall you have a lot of options in terms of clothing (Of course, in those illegal shops) which are very accessible and sells affordable products for shoppers.

The inside part of the building really needs improvement such as the floor. They should also maintain cleanliness. And the arrangement of some stores need also some improvement because it makes the space inside the building constrict.

A basic mall for the area and floods when it rains much. It has travel area to catch vans and is near Jacliner bus terminal

Its a good place to go to especially hen you need something unexpectedly. For example, groceries or accessories to home s well as clothes and food. There are also remitance center inside, an arcad on the top floor and comfort rooms.

Sometimes it was crowded, you can buy grocery at robinson supermarket, pay bills in bayad center, buy cellular phone in 2nd floor, they have DIY in first floor, parking fee in their basement area 20pesos flatrate in motorcycle but different fee for car, lots of food stall

INCONSIDERATE LADY GUARD ATASWe come to this place a little bit early, 20 mintues before 10 am to be exact, and parked in the basement parking. When we approach the basement entrance we are not allowed to enter. We kindly asked lady guard Atas to at least allow us in the basement entry to the airconditoned space because we have a 10 month old baby. But this inconsiderate guard would not allow us. Are we going into a mall or the Central Bank of the Philippines? Come on, a bit of consideration for the baby would not compromise the mall security

Inside the mall youll find a supermarket and some restaurants and small shops while on the second floor you can find different stores and stalls that sell a variety of items from clothes (casual wear to medical scrub suits) to gadgets to accessories to shoes.
