Today at the Santa Ave location I was trapped for over 17 minutes. I am a monthly subscription customer. I was trapped in your car wash for over 17 minutes. I asked two employees what was happening once we finally got released from the trap. The employees just shrugged there shoulders with zero care in the world. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. No one came to let us know whats happening or why or to comfort us. All I knew was I was trapped. I was late to work as well due to this. Not a apology was given. Zero care. Complete disregard. I tried calling on the phone and was accidentally disconnected when I was speaking to the gentleman about how I can get in touch with a manager. I will be canceling my subscription and going to your competitor. Not even a sorry for being trapped in your car wash....shame on you

I love this place! Considering that most car wash places run about $8.00 for the cheapest wash, I pay $29.95 per month and can run my car through everyday if I want. Saves me a lot of time, energy, and money along with getting a nice looking ride! Plenty of vacuum stations and they work well...The staff has always been courteous with good customer service. Well worth the price to help make my life easier!

Friendly place to get a quick car wash. Two locations in Santa Rosa.

Decent, but not great. I paid almost as much as I do for a hand car wash, but the machine isnt strong enough to scrub off the bugs from the grill, so i had to do that by hand. I also had to vacuum by hand and couldnt wipe the inside of the windows like they would at a hand wash. Paid extra for the tire wipe, but had to go in and remind them to come out to do it. Better value is probably still the hand wash.

The best $9 car wash ever!

The better wash is reasonably priced and gets the job done. Free vacuuming is available, which gives you the tool you need to clean the interior of your car as well. Floor mat grippers are a plus, so you can hang your car mats and easy clean them!

Very cool car wash! Inexpensive & locally owned. They do a pre-was scrub down by hand, + FREE vacuums and spaces to pull in & self-detail interior. My car is 21 years old and looks like new!

They were so nice to me when I told them I sold my car and forgot to take the express tag out and put it in my new car. They printed me a new one within 3 minutes and BAM, I drive through the car wash once again! Thanks, SPLASH!
