Papangit ng papangit ang service nila... Before ang bnbgay nila for takeout but now bbgyan ka ng plastic spoon pero kung gsto mo daw chopsticks babayad kpa... Ung ramen nila parang pancit na lng sobra onti ng sabaw unh chahan... Thinking na sobra tagal ko na naorder lagi ayun tas sasabihin sakin ganun daw tlga yun tas malamig pa sineserve ung ramen.... Malangaw kahit sa loob nun dining nila... Normal lang daw yun

RUDE MANAGER. I am an avid fan of Ryuma since year 2009. We eat there once and sometimes twice a month.No sad experience in the restaurant except last Sunday July 23, 2017. Throwback, my family loved the place, my sons loved their freetoy giving. In fact thats one of the reasons why they keep us going to that place. Last Sunday was a HORRIBLE experience. My 9 year old son picked a price and they gave the toy according to the number he picked. To my sons disgust, they gave a baby carriage and its for a girl. Yung karton, punit punit pa at gulagulanit. (see picture ). I politely asked if we can exchange it with a toy for a boy, or even any toy of lesser value than what they are giving my son. The staff said hindi pwede. Then my husband tried to ask again if they can replace it to appease my son kahit yung pangconsolation price na lang. The reason why we want to replace it sana is because pangbabae nga yung toy at gulagulanit yung kahon na pwede naman sana naming ibigay sa iba but di naman matutuwa yung pagbibigyan namin kung ganun ang itsura. The manager cyril said wala naman sa kahon yan yung importante ay yung nasa loob. She even said, kaya lang naman kami nagbibigay ng toy ay para matuwa ang mga bata. So I told her natuwa ba ang anak ko sa binibigay nyong toy?Nainsulto pa nga kasi lalaki anak ko tas pangbabaeng toy at pangbaby pa ang binibigay nyo. Dati naman nagpapalit kayo pag di appropriate sa receiver ang toys? Then she said a lot of things pa na nagdecide na lang ang husband ko na wag na lang kunin yung toy, and she repeated said: Bahala kayo, bahala kayo. And every time nagpapaliwanag ang husband ko, sisingitan nya ng Bahala kayo, bahala kayo. When she sounded rude na, my husband asked, nasan po ba ang manager dito? She said ako ang manager dito. Tanong ulit ang husband ko kung sino superior nya. Wala daw. Ang gentle pa rin ng husband ko sa pagtanong tapos sarcastic sya sumagot. E yung boss mong Japanese,wala? I asked. Ang sagot niya, hindi japanese ang may-ari nito. Hanggang sa nagdecide na lang kaming lumabas. Then bumalik ako para piktyuran yung toy, nakita ko hindi na nila hinalo dun sa mga toys na pinamimigay nila. Nasa isang sulok na. So i told the rude Cyril pipiktyuran ko lang yung toy pati ikaw. Then nagpapaliwanag na siya ng mahinahon habang pinipiktyuran ko yung toy kasama siya. Ayus ayusin mo Cyril, lumaki na mga anak ko sa ryuma, nagkaroon na kami ng mga kakilala at kaapirang mga waitresses jan, napakagagalang at maayos kausap. Di katulad mong Manager kuno.bastos.

Ryuma Restaurant located at Paseo de Sta. Rosa, Laguna gives you a very memorable dining experience! It offers Japanese cuisines at very reasonable prices and they even offer more than what you pay for. My fam bam and I decided to celebrate my eldest sisters birthday as of October of 2014 and I admit we experienced more than what we have expected. From Sushi, California Makis to Chashumen - every dish that we ordered tasted heavenly! So come my birthday as of November 2014, I decided to spend it there! Since then, with or without special occasions - my family and I keep coming back at least once or twice a month to have that Japanese feels again..
