Lesson learned, better shop to other supermarket next time.
Sa panahon ng modified quarantine.. nakikita ko na magaling mag manage ang sm sta rosa. Nasusunod naman ang mga protocols. Keep it up!
Poor... kawawa naman ang mga empleyado nyu... hindi pa nakain ni walang kaplitan.. at sana sa panahon ngayon nag open kayo ng maraming cashier...
Carts are limited.Carts are old and dirty.Update as of 9/22/2020:Walang disinfection sa cashier. After ng isang customer next customer na agad walang disinfection si cashier pati cashier table. :(Sana mainprove to para iwas kalat ng virus.
Malaki. At kumpleto. Period.
No baggers, should ask for company/hospital ID not prc license
Good choices of eatery, spacious parking lot, pwd friendly
Had a terrible time. Theres still a lot of people even if they all had the quarantine pass for the correct day, had more than 50 people inside the market, theres not even any waiting area. You might as well just open it for everyone and disregard the passes. It literally wont help at all if they cant implement stricter policies.
Place is clean and practicing strict measures that no face mask and face shield no entry.Cashiers and staff are accommodating..
Nake sure that you have a full face faceshield as they dont allow eyeshields or oversized visors.
Used to love doing my grocery shopping here but it changed because parking is quite far and limited particularly during weekends and rush hour.
Easy and accessible mall area.
First visit for almost 4 months, due to virus, but a pretty stress less shop.
Shortage of cart and bagger which makes your shopping experience less comfortable.
Good, because it doesnt have all atm there, very few cr. Just fine
You find everything under one roof. I prefer to go to sm sta rosa mall on weekdays. Weekends is packed esp when they have SALE! If you want to be there on their SALE be very early to get a good parking. Otherwise, tgeres parking by the call center bldg.
Of course Im going to give this a high rating; its an SM Supermarket! These places are huge, serving many items, from TVs to Daing na bangs. Dish racks to Milo cereal.Of course, some things are missing, but only a foreigner will notice.I wish I could buy unscented pure soap here in the Philippines, but as with certain items Ive tried to purchase, Im met with a confused look and the term “nosebleed” is bandied about whenever I ask. However, it has far more items we need than the few things I wish were here but just dont exist in the Philippines.Enjoy your experience!
Arrived there around 430pm. Very untidy. Push carts were nowhere to be found and the staff will run away from you if you try to ask for assistance.
Wide variety of products but theres always long lines at the counter, lots of checkout counter are closed
Well controlled during pedemic
Many things to buy.Complete items..But no enough bagger to assist customers..
Service oriented , nice..
An excellent market to buy anything you want
No shopping trolleys available. Lots of staff standing around but nobody cared that there were no trolleys available for customers to use. Always a long queue at the checkout counter!
Lack so many things
Always short in pushcart, not recommended for grocery
Needs to improve their produce section. Vegetables are no longer fresh.
Poor service. Its the holiday season and they have very few cashier open in the groceries.
I ️ SM Sta Rosa
Opens at around 10 am.
Nice play to unwind
