My dad loves this place. I am happy dito ko nagdate sila ni mama before siya magpaalam samin.

Terrible service, the food was ok but clearly a step down from their other branches. One of the waiters bumped our table and did not even apologize. Service was slow and the staff were stumbling their way all throughout the service. Terribly disappointing and a waste of hard-earned money.

Unfortunately and for the 1st time for RACKS, I was not impressed neither satisfied with my ribs. Its so unusually BLACK and so dry and hard... No barbeque sauce can cover up this failure.

The western food is tasty but a little pricey

Food is good but the service sucks.. the staff didnt know their inventory. They told us that one of the side dishes is unavailable 20 mins after they gave us our meals.. poor service.. so disappointed

As the person paying for the meal I thought the staff would engage more with me but because I am English they spoke to my Filipina partner to then translate to me. I thought this was a little bit rude as I know they can speak English and I did try some Tagalog as a show of respect. The place was clean though.

Ambience is good. Conducive and its a better place to unwind.

Warmed precooked ribs as dry as summer. If you want to see how far aracks has deteriorated, go to Racks Sta Rosa. Too bad: the palce is cool and spotless, the staff attentive and quick, but the ribs! What happened? Why dis they allow their specialty to be served so dry and juiceless, almost like preserved meat. Like soft jerky. If not for the spicy sauce, it would have been inedible.
